****** Fitch is the CAM for Cornerstone at Watermill HOA. We as residents have contacted her on numerous occasions regarding the HOA's responsibility of "gutter cleaning". Documents for our community were entered into Duval County Court Dec. 2005. Every homeowner(we have 142 homes) was provided these documents. We were instructed what residents were required to maintain/what HOA dues paid for the HOA to maintain. To date of this complaint, our gutters have never been cleaned. My insurance company paid a water damage claim in 2018, asked me to see why gutters were never cleaned. At the time I write this complaint, we still have not had this done. ****** hired someone who said he only is spraying the outside of the gutters. We need what our documents say to be done. These homes have been here since 2005-2012 when the community was finished. Our concern as homeowners is we can see the water rising in the gutters getting closer to the roof line. ****** has already sent out men who told us they knew there was inside water damage coming from the outside. Please just help us get the HOA to honor the documents. No one wants to have homeowners insurance dropped or fail to pay on something we have no control over.
