            My wife stopped in the service department on Wednesday because the ABS light was on in her Jeep. The tech told her to bring it back Thursday at 9:30AM and it would be a charge of $150.00 for diagnostics also, that the fee would go towards the repair if we get you to do the work.I took the Jeep in myself at 9:30 as told and the tech got all my contact information to give me a call when they found out something. No one bothered to call me. So at 4:00 PM Thursday my wife called the service to get an update and was told what was needed for repairs and that the part may not be in till March. I went to pick up the Jeep and much to my surprise, the bill was $191.22 with all the hidden fees. I feel that this is a poor business practice. administrative surcharge? $4.65 parts handling $2.00 ( WHAT PARTS ? ) document storage? $2.00 supplies / disposal $24.15 ( WHAT SUPPLIES ? ) There is no tax on labor alone if no parts or supplies are sold. I feel that this was very poor service and that we were taken advantage of. Needless to say, We will not be back and we will let everyone know on the Jeep forum and social media of what to expect with your service department. Sincerely, ***** ******

            I and my late husband purchased a used ***** Trax from this dealership. It constantly makes a noise in the rear of the vehicle that they won't do anything about. I took the vehicle to them for an oil change. They sent me to a dealership across from them; *********************************************, for that oil change. When attempting to change the oil, the mechanic discovered a heli coil in the oil pan after it broke. Neither me or my husband were informed by Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram that the oil pan had a heli coil in it when we purchased this vehicle. There is no record of it online. *********************** charged me $350.00 to repair the vehicle. The original estimate was $850.00. If Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did an oil change prior to them selling my husband the used vehicle, then why didn't they discover the heli coil? It is my belief that Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep damaged the oil pan while preparing the used vehicle for sale, installed the heli coil but did not document it so that it could be sold to the public and in the future avoid any liability. Consumers have your cars inspected before purchasing from Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep in *****, **.
