Johnson's lawn and landscape inc, weekly comes through my private residential area super early (7am-9am) with loud noise. They blow debris and trash to my property every week. They damaged a utility hole cover with an oversized lawnmower. They ride city streets without a licensed motor vehicle. I have asked them to stop trespassing by littering my property multiple times and asked them, as a courtesy, to come by later since it's before 9am and some work nights or enjoy day off to sleep. This is going on 2 years now.

      Business response

      08/08/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/30) */ I mow Mr. *******s neighbors yard. She is a single school teacher who is very afraid of Mr. *******.I have never spoken to nor met him. I charge her $50 per month to mow a very small zero lot line yard. I tried to quit her a year ago after Mr. * went to the HOA about me but she cried and spoke about the harrassment Mr. ******* has bestowed upon her. see, I'm her 4th lawn svc since she has lived beside him. The others have quit due to his harrasment. It would have been way easier for me to have walked away from this but I'm just not built like that. I had to listen to her cry for 45 minutes about being unable to move and just decided I would take care of her lawn and let him roar. I made very sure the HOA president was abreast of all issues. We also maintain the common grounds for this subdivision and work very closely with the HOA. I also have 18 other residential accounts in this subdivision with 0 complaints. I can give you the presidents information if requested. She can verify the MR. ******* is a very mean and nasty person doing whatever he can to inflict as much pain as possible to his neigbor. The BBB was just another step for him. I and ***** ******* (HOA President) will assure you that my company has done none of the things he is accusing here, from breaking manhole covers to being unlicensed. I have attempted to speak to Mr. ******* but he threatens police if I don't leave his property..that kind of guy. I'm not that worried about my reputation but how far this guy is willing to go to harass a neighbor is a bit bewildering to me. I would also be willing to give you his neighbors information if requested. I think a few moments on the phone with her, you will see how frightened this lady is of Mr. *******. He has some serious anger issues and my fear is some day those may manifest themselves in ways other than a BBB complaint. I've been in business for 8 years now and we do 35k a month in gross revenues. I charge his neighbor $50...$20 less than the going rate in this neigborhood because I like to help people I know need and deserve help. This teacher is one of those and MR. ******* is **** bent on harrassing her until she moves....which she has told me she cant. You are being used by a person that has a serious issue with his neighbor to reak as much havoc as he can from behind a computer desk. Please follow up and I believe you will find Mr. P is a nut. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/07/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The complaint is about the company not allegations about my character . Evidently, the harassment continues from the owner in the form of this reply by misspelling my name, calling me a nut, and lying about contacting me. He has never contacted me. What we have here seems like me, minority Hispanic male, is getting harrased by these people and they manipulate the situation. How about we focus on the fact that they charged $50 for a simple lawn. Plus, evidently since they have a pre judgment and bias against me, the workers do the harassment, So, as the owner stated , I can roar. Evidently, They confirmed their reasons for the harassment, negligence, and trespassing on my property. I have included actual factual evidence in the form of pictures to demonstrate their negligence. Again, this is a trespass with battery when deliberately littering the yard and negligence on the contractors. Based on the sob story/ excuse about the neighbor, it seems to add fuel to this by making up these horror stories about me. I have never had a negative experience or conversation with my neighbor. We have spoke on occasion about our dogs. Another classic case of someone not taking responsibility for their actions ( the owner) and manipulated the situation by using slander and libel comments to ruin my reputation. Again, I have included pictures as evidence to this response. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/07/01) */ ***Document Attached*** This is the neighbor's landscaping company blowing a huge pile of dead leaves on to another neighbors yard. This additional information should make anyone wonder how am I trying to harass my neighbor, as the owner states, when evidently, her contractors are the ones acting uncivil and starting problems with residents. I was in my garage and noticed this. As a citizen and resident of a HOA community, it's my duty to ask these contractors to rectify their negligence or as seen here their blatant violations.
