Select warranty used these guys.. they no showed the first day, came two days later missing a part, and never showed back.

Thieves! Jorge **** entered my home on 10/23/23 at about 9:30 pm with another man by the name of Nelson to fix my ac. Within less than an hour my ac was fixed and they were gone. During this time I was told they needed an outlet to plug this huge hvac they brought with them which was not needed because nothing was leaking, but I didn't think about it at that time. I allowed them access to my bedroom to plug it up in my bathroom and stayed downstairs as they did their job. Ac was fixed, they left about 10:10 pm and then I left to the hospital where I was kept for observation until Tuesday about 4 pm. I came home that day slept, went to work Wednesday and then about 8:30 pm went to use my laptop and noticed it was gone! I immediately called Jorge and of course he said they didn't take anything and tried to make me seem crazy. My laptop stays in my room on my desk at all times. Once I noticed that was gone I also noticed they rummaged through some jewelry boxes. After he answered that first call he wouldn't pick up anymore and just started texting me. I also found it weird that on Tuesday morning at 8:02 am I had a missed call (as I was in the hospital), and then he texted me to ask about the ac. I thought he was going the extra mile, but really he was trying to see if I had noticed my laptop was gone as he didn't know I was hospitalized. Jorge **** needs to be put out of business as this is a cover for him to violate innocent peoples trust! I am now out of a $400 rose gold HP laptop which has all my personal information. These men use there business for criminal purposes! SHUT THEM DOWN!

Do nothing these people they are incompetent. It took them 4 hours to install my water heater. And they did a terrible job . They left wires exposed. And they put the water heater on bricks 🧱. And on e they finish installing the water heater. They just picked up their tools and left. Without waiting to see if the water heater is functional or not. We have not had hot water for days.

Unfortunately, 1 star is the minimum I can review this business, I wish I can go lower than that. I found this company at El Parlante Latino who is a Latin magazine. They claim to fix appliances. On October 19, 2021, I called the number listed, and someone named Jorge D. (George) said that a tech would come to my house the next day. This person showed up with no call ahead, checked the washer machine, called George, and they both told me a part of the washer machine needs to be replaced, and the total cost for labor and part will be US$190 and that I need to paid US$110 in advance to order the part. I paid the money in cash. To get an invoice for that amount, I had to repeatedly call 4 or 5 times and more than 2 days for him to send the invoice to my email. Then, 4 days later, another tech came to the house, changed the part, told me it was working fine, get the rest of the money cash, US$80, then he left. I did not check the machine as they made me feel I can trust them; MY BAD!! The washer machine isn't working fine yet. Today is November 3, 2021, and no one has shown up again at my house; off course, I've been calling Jorge D. (George) multiple times, the number you dial is his cellphone but no VM is set up so you cant leave a message. He sounds very sarcastic and smart when you try to talk to him about the situation, he sounds like this is wis way to do business: steeling money from customers. The address listed as the business is actually his house: 6549 Bayton Hill Place Zephyrhills, FL 33541, who will use the address of his own house for business?
