I used these guys for three months. During that three months:1. They didn't clean our filter once, even though they claim they will do it monthly. I called them on it and the manager claimed she would talk to our pool cleaner about it, but obviously never did. 2. We also had an apparent stain on the bottom of the pool that had left a black spot. That same manager also claimed they fixed items like that and would assess our pool further. No follow up. 3. Our pool cleaner, a woman named ******, bit both my wife's head off for trying to help guide her to enter our pool from the other side of the house where we have brick pavers laid out along a path to the equipment, and me on the first day of service when I simply wanted to introduce myself and show her where the equipment and water spigot were. I should have known to fire them on the spot right there. 4. The final kicker was our pool turned so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom of it. A third party pool cleaner said it appeared to have been weeks since Totally Blu balanced our chemicals even though we pay for weekly service. 5. Finally, I fired them by phone on 1/24/2024, and they showed up to clean the pool on 2/1/2024. They don't have a clue how to manage a company OR how to clean a pool. Avoid them!
