****** *****. **** ******** ** *********** ** XXXXX. Planned Pethood 37815 FL-54, Zephyrhills, FL XXXXX took my cat on 7/27/21 to Planned Pethood and they told me my cat was dehydrated and he wasn't he was fine with his eating and drinking and told me he had fleas that was making him dehydrated. There was not one flea on him and gave him fluids and antibiotics and iron meds to help him and some wet cat food to get him to gain weight. They did a bloodtest and said there was nothing wrong and he was healthy. They made us give him meds for the next 2 weeks on Monday 8/2/21 at 5:00am he passed away from taking the meds and only eating the food they gave us. I spend $260 on him and I wanted to get them a notice and help out before they do this to someone else animal. I am upset that I lost my cat I had him for 14 years and he was healthy but gave us the wrong answer on if it was a little cold or not he had. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/24) */ First, our data base of clients has no ****** ***** on ******** *** There is a ****** ***** on **** ***** however she has not been here since 2018. So I am unable to identify this Customer. Second, on Tuesdays (7/27 is a Tuesday,) the clinic does only vaccines. We do not see wellness cases on Tuesdays. Third, the accounting report for 7/27 has no one who spent $260. Therefore I am unable to identify the customer, or review this case.
