*** communities has been the management company for our condo property for approximately than 1 year. In that time it has been my experience that *** has attempted to manipulate communications between the board and association members. Meanwhile, the management company has convinced the board that they need more money to perform their job while outsourcing a majority of the work. Specifically, I have sent in requests to be relayed to the board for specific information and I get a generic response from the *** representative. Resolution: 1. proof that all messages have be received by the ******* board of directors.2. Tangible proof that the responses received were at the direction of the board and not solely at the discretion of the management company.Initial Complaint

I have lived in my house for over 10 year and have had many HOA in our Lantern Walk Community. Community Management ************** came in a couple years ago and has been charging me penalties for payments of my HOA. They have been charging lates fees for late fees. I have always paid my ***************. CMA came in as an HOA and switched up our payment schedule to incur more penalties and tripled the penalty fee. They are a predatory company and need to be stoppedBusiness response

Hello
We received the customer complaint via mail Wednesday June 14, 2023, we are a multi-family community property Villas at Lake *******. After careful reviewing the customer's statement it appears this has been mailed to the wrong business. I would like to send this back to BBB so the customer's complaint can be address to the correct business.
