            Order was placed July 2022. Receive almost all items damaged. Contacted Best and they processed replacements. We received those and they all were also damaged. I then contacted and had to email numerous times and didnt get responses or if I did they were not helpful. I then finally two months later got someone to help and they supposedly processed replacements. I had to then reach out again only via email as there is no phone number. No one responded for another 3 months after multiple emails. When they did respond they said the items shipped *** and got returned to their warehouse and they would check on that right away. We now are 2 months from that email and I have sent multiple emails. Only received one that said we are looking in to this. So we now have an ***et customer with damaged *********************** and we have spent $3900 for nothing. This is awful and the lack of response seems to be a problem across the board.

            I should have looked at the BBB accreditation BEFORE I purchased from this company. First of all, the website says lead time was 8 weeks. About 8-9 weeks after my order was placed I had not heard back from them at all, including an answer to my question about the type of paint and finish they used. After several unanswered emails they finally responded that it would be another 20 day business days..which ended up being more then that of course. My cabinet doors finally arrived and they looked ok, there were marks from the cardboard rubbing but I could live with that. As I was hanging my doors I found one that was a different shade and texture then the door next to it. I contacted the company and it took several emails for them to answer me. They told me to send pictures, which I did. Again, no response. After constant emailing I finally got someone else requesting me to send pictures..which I did, again. Then I was told to send the 2 doors back so they could fix them but then they never answered my email about where to send them back to and who was going to fix them. Stay away from this place, it should be a red flag that there is no phone number to actually speak to anyone on the website.
