I was in need of restoration services from a small electrical fire. ***** from Integrity Restoration provided a very professional and quick response. ***** has an entire library of knowledge of what needs to be done, what needs to be done according to codes and how to wisely spend your money on the restoration planning and implementation. ***** from integrity showed up for the restoration and likewise was very professional and knowledgeable on providing the correct care. My house was pretty much spotless when he was finished. I highly recommend ***** and ***** from Integrity Restoration.

Integrity was great to deal with. I had water damage to my house and they were on top of things. They were here quickly and helped me out with the insurance claim process. They provided very detailed quotes and did a great job upgrading and remodeling my damaged bathroom. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need. The dry out process was very top notch.

I had the pleasure of working with Integrity Restoration when I had to file an insurance claim. Not only were ***** and his team very knowledgeable, but they also helped me through the entire process. Kaden and the contractors *************** were great when it came time to putting my home back together after a massive water leak. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

*********************** did a great job of leading the rehab project of my property. It was an extensive job that required work over many months. There was also an insurance company involved and ******* team has a lot of experience in working those so that useful as well. Overall he is a great communicator and went above what was required to ensure the house looks great once its complete. His team also timely followed up to complete the punch list after the final walk through.Prior to the rehab, *********************** did an excellent job with the water and fire remediation work and the client service was experience. There was lots of paper work and images required and ***** did a great job of documenting all the work and providing it in a timely manner to the concerned parties.Overall, both ***** and ***** are true professionals and I highly recommend them for ******************* and remediation services in and around the Atlanta metropolitan area

Integrity Restoration was by the far the easiest to work with company ever. I called the business and was booked for an appointment within 72 hours. ******** came out yesterday, explained the situation and options, and offered me an appointment for today. She got me the paperwork, insurance and warranty information as requested, and today **** showed up exactly when promised, did great work, shared before and after photos, communicated the process to me, and answered my questions. I would rate this company 5+ stars.

My experience regarding my remediation was excellent from *****, who was my first phone contact, to ********, who was my first in house contact and gave me encouragement and confidence. ******** and ******** performed the remediation. They were so helpful, answering all of my questions and working quickly and without making a mess anywhere. They're clean up work was excellent. Finally, ***** from Quality Control came and checked out everything that had been done to be sure it was all correct b4 going on to the next step. Everyone was top notch and deserve the 5 stars.Everyone answered my questions completely and made me feel confident. Great experience from beginning to end.
