            On Apil 29, 2024 I was unable to call the company to cancel a appointment to come to my house. When I called the company, happy handyman llc they told me there would be a charge of $75.00; however, I never knew they sent me an email with this threat until ******************* told me I need to check my Spam and on Monday, April 29, 2024 I did check my Spam and the email sent to me told me that I needed to respond which I didn't respond because I didn't know I had any emails from that company and never remembered making the appointment.While talking to ******************* with the company she very rudely told me if I didn't pay the $75.00 then I will get charged additional $10.00 monthly and then she threaten me and told me she would put a lien on my home.I've never been threaten.I went to see where their office was and all they have is a Po Box. They want my credit card and at this point I feel very uncomfortable to do anything with this company. I received this referral on ****. So this company never did anything for me yet ordering to pay them.
