I contracted with ******************************* and his partner ******************** on a recommendation from Serve Pro in ************, **. They were supposed to replace the trim, two windows, and paint the front of my house. THEY PROMISED THE ***** AND NEVER DELIVERED. ******* stated ****************** never fulfilled the order, but he would never provide a receipt to me for the window purchase. ******* promised to refund the money I paid which was a deposit of $2,817.75. I have called and text both ******************************* and ******* going on a hundred times and I still have not received my money, but a bunch of broken promised so BUYER BEWARE.Business response

I have spoke with ***************************** multiple times. I told her that she will be getting her refund back but she has to wait the process time to receive her refund. This is absolutely ridiculous that we have to go through this when we have spoke and had conversations about the refund and the process time and all she have to do now is just wait until she received the refund.
There was no reason for her to go on here and complain about anything. We have been there with her through this whole process and even when she decided to go with another company. That company also stated to her that it would take even longer then the time we gave her. We gave her an estimated time of 60 days to try and get the window in and her new company gave her an estimated time of 30 to 120 days to get her window. Which both companies did not give and guarantee because of the previous backed up orders through the last few years. Everyone is still playing catch up through the covid epidemic and a lot of special orders are backed up.
I have explained this to ********************************** on multiple occasions and I would appreciate it if she would stop the harassment and stop lying and complaining about absolutely nothing. We have been more than generous and patient while dealing with her project.
