Extremely satisfied with the work completed by CHL Services. They did a great job extending and adding a cover to our back patio. Pricing was fair, communication was on point, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend

I called this company for a quote n in middle of call I got a phone call I had to take. The *** rep told the owner I hung up on her, which I did but for a legitimate reason. The owner then calls me an ultimately ask what I need. I told him Im in process of getting a few estimates for front porch n rear deck replacement. Once he found out I was getting more than an estimate from just him, he got short n rude. Stating if you want cheap, were not for you. I then left a negative review for them on ****** which apparently he didnt care for. He then contradicted himself by saying we encourage clients to get multiple quotes. This does hold water because he turned away my **************** offer an estimate.CHL Services, LLC Response

******* and/or ****, we apologize for your experience with CHL. Your impression of ** is very much out of character of who we are as company. To address this again, as we stated on our reply on ******* we never stated to not get other quotes. We simply stated that we are not the cheapest because you said you were looking for the cheapest estimate. Your statements are false allegations. Anyone who knows us would know this. We value all our potential clients and anyone who has done business with us would state that. We have 5 star reviews and an A+ rating on BBB. We value peoples time and thats all we were trying to do by stating the fact that we are not the cheapest. We wish this could have been handled in an alternative manner. However, we respect that you are using the online platform in a way you deem fit. Again we apologize for your experience and wish you the best of luck finding a contractor to take on your project.Review from Rita J

It's hard to find credible contractors. After interviewing several, we met with CHL and was extremely pleased with the walkthrough and the concern they had for our budget and experience. We really appreciated their honesty which did not waiver throughout the entire experience. The entire team was respectful and followed through on their commitment to put our needs first. The care they took throughout the process was evident in the upkeep of the worksite, the timeliness of the completion, the adjustments they made in order to answer our questions, and the end product. We've not had the best experience with contractors in the past but CHL restored our faith in the industry.Review from Josh T

We called CHL looking into options on what to do for our roof. They were able to lead us to a great roofing company. There was no pressure. We appreciated the open and honest information they were able to give. If you want honest work done, this is the company to use! Their expert opinion led us to a new roof that our insurance was able to cover.
