Watford Pools is owned and operated by Larry Watford. Larry and his wife visited the house for the initial consultation and made brought all the "smoke and mirrors". I thought they were good honest people by their mannerisms and presentation, but boy do they OVER PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER!! It all started by the delayed arrival of the "promised" start date. Then came "aww, this Covid has set us back". So long story short and MONTHS behind schedule, we Finally got our pool installed. During the install process you can expect workers to arrive hours after the scheduled time and leave well be for the scheduled time, often because "they have another pool to finish up" (even though Larry "promised" me, once he started mine he wouldn't pull off till it was done and he never starts but one pool at a time). Workers leave everything where it is and trash everywhere, when they decide to leave for the day. Once you sign the contract you can forget about getting Larry back on the phone unless its money time! Larry easily forgets you are, or should be, still his customer during and after the install. I am still having issues and Larry refuses to assist with making things right. I never received everything "promised" and still have existing issues. Larry will not answer the phone like a man and handle his business. Often stands behind his wife or associates to handle "the dirty work". His own employees and workers talk and laugh about all his lies and unfilled promises! We were constantly lied to over and over and over again! PLEASE spend a little more and go elsewhere, it is not worth the troubles to spend your hard earned money with this "company". TRUST ME!!
