The date of my transaction was March **** 2022 in the amount of $650.00 deposit I was commitment was that I was approved for a 2 bedroom apartment. Was suppose to move in by April **** but it wasn't ready due to construction. A whole month goes by you hear nothing from them you always have to call them. May *** the assistant manager calls and say to pick up the key on ***** go to pick up the key now they have to put in the appliances and do electrical work. Was promised it will be ready on the **** of March, but the **** fell on a Sunday, I asked how can you give me a key on a Sunday when you are not here. So, now it was pushed to the Monday. Received a call to come get the key and sign the lease now they ask for my sons birth certificate and a check stub, get that done on the way back to take all the info they needed, the assistant manager calls me and tell me I was not approved for the rental because I have 2 things on my credit. I asked why and she told me that was why. I should have been told this from the beginning I would have not done an application fee or put down a deposit. From March 2022 until May 2022 they gave me the run around and I should have been looking into somewhere else to stay. I have been staying with my ******* for a year. Now they are giving me a hard time about my deposit. They told me to come back to pick it up on June ***** she the assistant manager said it takes 30 days. So on July **** I return to get my deposit she said its not ready yet, she made the statement that the manager and her hasn't even gotten paid, which has nothing to do with my deposit. The Management Staff is not organized the Manager Destiny ******* she has a very nasty attitude towards her tenants and customers, the assistant Manager Holly, she ignore the phone calls. You would think they are closed but you go to the office both of them are there and Destiny comes from the back being rude to people. August *** is when I was told to come pick up my deposit.
