This company is selling bad equipment. That's not lasting more than a month. The iPads don't keep a charge. The towers there are not lasting at all. The manager do not want to fix anything. He's never there, and the girls working there are not trained to fix anything. So if he's not there it won't get fixed. I advised them that I had the device for about a month. My complaint was mainly on the tower for me to work from home. I had to have a test completed today which is by Friday 10/22/2021 at 4:00 pm EST. They had the device for two days and the manager was never really there to fix it. Every time I called he was gone. He finally called me the day of needing it back and still didn't attempt to fix it. When I went in the girl working there was being very rude and sarcastic. Which made me get rude back with her. They gave me my item back without fixing it. I need my money back and I think this place should be investigated. They are jipping people out of their money and it's not fair. I have multiple people that are willing to write complaints on their poor equipment and behavior. I will like a refund and I never plan on shopping with them again. Very poor service. Also they are trying to say there's a 30 day warranty, nothing was told to me about a 30 Day warranty and there was nothing on the receipt. No one told me by mouth as well.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/26) */ This customer purchased a desktop PC for work from home . After 2 months the customer returned the computer and said the Ethernet port would not work. We explained that we could look at it and most likely fix it but there would be a charge for the service. She was upset but left and said she wanted it fixed. She called back 2 hours later asking if it was fixed . We explained it takes time to fix some computer issues we would call her when it was ready. She agreed . We were able to look at the computer and determine that a pin on the Ethernet port was damaged . It was bent . The following day the customer called back asking about her computer . We explained the issue and that we ordered the part . She got very upset and said she was coming to the store. We she arrived at the store she was acting out and telling all the customers that walked in not to buy "s***" from our store because it didn't work as she was waiting on the manager to come speak to her. After about 15 min she decided she wanted to buy another computer from us. The sales rep declined to sell her a pc until the manager arrived because of her attitude. At that point the customer picked up her computer walked out side and smashed in the parking lot a few times and then left it in the middle of the parking lot when she was done. From our side it appears the customer damaged the computer most likely by accident. Then got upset about the situation. However the unfortunate event took place we can't have a customer being rude to our other customers and making a scene in our store.
