We bought an incinerator from EcoConcepts for over $34,000 in **** 2022. It was delivered in ******* 2022. It has NEVER worked properly. We purchased an afterburner to remove smoke but we have been getting nothing but black smoke out of the unit filling the atmosphere. There have been constant issues with the incinerator that have never been resolved. We have reached out numerous times to the company and they do nothing but guess on issues and provide inadequate phone service. Tim C*** (Owner) is always baffled by the smoke situation and can't provide any definitive answer on how to fix it. He constantly wants to "try on the next burn" but we just need what we paid for to work. We purchased a machine for over $30K and we expect it to work. So far we have replaced multiple pieces on the burners and nothing has improved. We have lost all confidence in the company's ability to provide answers and solutions. They simply do not have the expertise on site to provide us with any solutions. We have requested a refund on this "lemon" of a unit and we have been more than patient with them dealing with them for months on end with no solution or refund. The machine they sold us is faulty and does not work as it was described. The business sold us a piece of equipment that does not and has never worked. A total return and refund of the unit is the only way forward.Customer response

Eco Concepts came to our facility and replaced the burner. So far it has worked as intended but we will continue to monitor the progress.
