I shipped some documents on ******** overnight through the UPS store ************************************************.I paid three times of the USPS with the guaranteed delivery by 10:30AM on ********** paid $77.14.It was delivered late at 10:32AM I requested the refund next day on ******** with the store which was money back guarantee.One of the manager there she requested refund which I didn't received yet It's been about 50 days.She sent me the screenshot and I'm going to attach the proof of receipt and the requested refund.I want my money back.Thank you
