Service and management are inept, have been for years. Weeks to perform simple repairs, oil changes take hours, employees completely unprofessional. They won’t answer the phone when attempting to get status updates (see vehicles taking weeks to repair)Review from Sharon G

I have had nothing but problems since the day I bought my jeep will never do business again with yall plus you sold me a vehicle you can't get parts for are it takes months to get parts the worst experience in my life trustee I'm going back to ******** or anywhere else but yall and illspread the word about my dilemma with yall worst Carlos I've ever done business with

On 9-28, my daughter dropped off her Jeep to have the sunroof ***embly inspected for a leak. We received an estimate at 1:49 pm that day to replace it and were told it would be completed no later than 9-30.
We received a call on 9-30 saying the parts didn't arrive as promised but that they'd be there today and the work would be completed on 10-01.
On 10-01, we received a phone call from the dealership saying they had three employees out sick and had to shut down. They then promised to have the Jeep finished on 10-04 or 10-05.
On 10-04, they called and said it was finished. Our daughter went to pick it up and noticed it had greasy fingerprints all over the liner and several more water stains than it did when she dropped it off on 9-28. My guess is it was left outside in the open the entire time.
My husband and I went to see her this weekend and saw the stains firsthand and couldn't believe how this was returned to her after being charged $1482.48 for the work. Who does business like this?
On Nov 15th, my husband called and inquired why they allowed her to pick up her Jeep looking like this. He was re***ured that shouldn't have happened and asked if she could bring it in the next day so they could clean it all up for her. So she dropped it off this morning and picked it up this afternoon, looking like the picture attached.
When she asked why they only cleaned off the greasy fingerprints and didn't clean it all, she was told it had water stains on it when she brought it in. This is true, hence the need for the inspection in the first place. However, it was NOT as bad as it was in the picture.
She was also told it was left outside with no cover the entire time it was there, and since they couldn't prove all the stains were from it being there, they'd split the cost of cleaning it and only charge her $150 if she could bring it back tomorrow. So $300 to clean the liner?!?! It cost me less than that for a full car detail, inside and out.
Then the rep had the nerve to call her kiddo and little lady in a very sexist tone!!!! First of all, my daughter is a grown-*** woman and a ****** at *** ****** *******. How dare you discriminate and stereotype her for being a woman!!!!

Thank you for making us aware of this issue. We value ******* ******** and her daughter as customers of Albany CDJR. Obviously we handle this situation completely wrong and we are embarrassed. We would like the opportunity to correct this concern. We will completely clean the vehicle at no charge and will also pick it up if needed. Albany Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is currently running a scam on their customers when it comes to service appointments. I am aware of two incidents in the last 2 weeks where vehicles have been scheduled for service work only to be told they can not find/fix the problem but still charge an unreasonable amount of money for a simple battery change. Mind you in both instances the battery was functioning fine before the vehicle was taken to the deakership. Why do I think this is a scam. #1. The vehicles are not worked on the day you schedule your appointment. #2. When you call to check on the vehicle, the technician is always just getting to it, sometimes days later. #3. They will give you an outrageous quote before they know what's wrong with the vehicle, They will call it (diagnostic work). #4. When you complain about the quote, they will lower the quote but still tell you that they can't fix your vehicle and charge you anyway. When you can't take your Dodge vehicle to a Dodge Dealership, where there is supposed to be Dodge certified mechanics to diagnose a check engine light and be told we can't find out the reason 9 days later but still want to charge me $****.00? Sounds like a SCAM to me.
