  I purchased a car ******** ** ****. I received a lot of Misinformation. I was advised I would be covered for a warranty of basic maintenance which includes my oil changes, filters and tire rotation. I was supposed to have this for the lifetime of my vehicle. **** ****** did not update this on my account and advised me to contact him everytime I come in. He left and was not present the last time I came in **** ***** provided me with a service maintenance plan that should include oil changes and I was told today it was canceled and did not include my tire rotations. I need to.speak with someone who can resolve this. He also responded to.bbb advising had taken care of the maintenance plan

  I apologize for the confusion on this contract however the Oil Change pack is active on the vehicle. I am including a copy of the records on the contract from Nissan.

  I purchased my car in ******** of 2022 with a guy name Jaylen. I was given misinformation during my sales. To ensure my happiness, I was advised that I would get free maintenance during the time that I kept this vehicle. I have also spoken with John S***** about this. He always said to ask for him we he comes. Since then, he has been fired. I spoke with someone I'm ******** and was advised this would be honored. He was supposed to draw up a maintenance plan for me and never did. These people are dropping the ball. I am asking that someone reach out to me as soon as possible. Now that it is time to actually get my oil change, I am being told that the last manager did not put it on the account. The consumer should not be held accountable for this.

  I spoke with ******* Saturday *****. I told her will give her a maintenance contract to cover the cost of the oil changes. Its ready for her signature that we can get signed ***** when she come in for her oil change. Thank you

  Better Business Bureau:
  
  I have been given a maintenance plan for a minimum of the 7 year contract.  After that expires, a new maintenance plan must be created again since there is no lifetime maintenance plan. The issue is resolved for this term.
