Read website and spoke to owner regarding ferret shipment. Was given total costs including shipment costs and paid in full. The business stopped communicating with me after payment then asked for more money to complete shipment which I had already paid for and was given contract for. Shipment will be not sent as well as days after promised due to what I think is a scam. I would like the product a live ferret in good health delivered at the cost I paid. I'd prefer 50% money back if product is received and a further look into this businesses credentials. If product is not received I am entitled to 150% refund per retail law guidelines.Initial Complaint

This ferret “breeder” charged me $250 to ship a baby ferret to me. My payment was not going through at first. They gave me 3 different email addresses to send the money to. The last one was through ****** and when it went through the name was not the breeder’s name who was supposed to send me my ferret, it was an Asian name. The person I was dealing with (the “breeder”) was Jose, if that’s his real name. Then after the ferret was supposedly shipped to me I got an email from the courier (****** ******* *******) saying they would not deliver my ferret unless I send them $600-$1700 for an electronic crate because of the temp. The courier company has no phone number at all to contact them either. I contacted the breeder and they weren’t very nice and said I need to send the courier the money ASAP and I would be reimbursed. I explained that I didn’t even have enough money in my bank account to cover it. If the breeder was so positive I’d get reimbursed then why couldn’t they cover it themselves? I can’t contact anyone now. The courier has no contact info and is ignoring my emails and so is the breeder. So the breeder scammed me out of $250. This person “Jose Roman” needs to be caught before he scams more people.
