Oct **** I contacted J & J Plumbing company in regards to outside plumbing on a pool house bathroom. I was quoted 8500-9000k usd. Nov *** i paid 50% of funds due. The agreement was for the company to complete labor and material for plumbing, water lines and electrical. Work began on Jan **** 2024 with the understanding it would take 48 hours, then I would need to complete sheetrock materials and they would return. Feb *** the company completed outside work (in the picture attached you can see plumbing sticking out of the ground and septic hazard) Feb **** I sent an update that sheetrock was complete and additional fixtures on the way. Feb. **** with no communication from the company I notified that all fixtures were delivered and ready. March *** I was promised someone would come to complete the job. This was not done. March **** I sent a text message asking "any update on wrapping this up." Mar ** while doing work I was told additional wires needed to be purchased but left and no return. Mar **** spoke with the manager and pleaded for completion of this job. still no show. Mar **** I texted with frustration that I was continuously being told 'tomorrow' and no one shows up or calls. Apr *** (final text) i asked "are there any plans to come back and finish this job." to this i received no reply. Now April **** still with no communication from the company I was pressed into hiring another company to complete the work ******** ***** *** ***). Leaving unsafe waste pipes exposed, Electrical wires not secure, electrical box not secure, open pipes at rear of home. I'm requesting for 50% of my deposit returned for a job incomplete and unsafe. $2,250 usd.
