            The air is not working. I have set it on 60 numerous times, but it keeps jumping to 88. The previous tenant before me, which is a relative, said that yall were aware of this issue before she moved out. So I find it very unacceptable that it was not fixed prior to me moving in. It's 95 degrees and I refuse to be in an apartment that is "suppose" to provide central air and heat. The lady at the front desk was so rude and hung up in my face when I tried to inform her of this situation!! But if it does not get handled I will be taking legal action. Because everything should have been fixed BEFORE I paid my security deposit, with the knowledge of me moving in on the *** of July!!!

            It is disappointing that in this day and age, people of color are still not treated equally. Despite having an income over $****** and a credit score over ***, I was denied a home . Instead, a white person with less qualifications was given the home. It seems that lenders are more rigorous in verifying the credentials of people of color while giving preferential treatment to those with positions of power and influential last names. It's unfortunate that we live in a world where such biases exist.

            The company's deceitful practices have been exposed, with reviews being removed. I am collaborating with new tenants who possess inferior financial credentials compared to mine, yet they were approved for the property. This raises serious concerns about racial bias within the system. Allegations of dishonesty have been directed towards this company. However, upon closer inspection, it was discovered that the credit scores and debt-to-income ratios of some tenants were, in fact, lower than those of current tenants. We are committed to finding a solution to this issue and ensuring that all parties are treated fairly.

            We are very sorry that you feel you were not given a house you applied for because of the color of your skin. Our office does not discriminate in any way. When an app is approved the first deposit gets the unit. Applications are good for 30 days on any other property we have up to the dollar amount you were approved for. We hold applications for 3 years. I have gone back through all the applications and we do not have one on a Nakita McClain in our files. There is no way to know that the other person had less qualifications than this person because applications are not disclosed to anyone, only denial or approval. Again, we rent to people of all colors and nationalities with no bias.
