************************************* had to move out of her **************** and found Sugar Bear Storage. We both liked the pricing and I agreed to set up a contract with them. I drove to the unit to pay in person and look around, however, there is no onsite office and only those who have paid can get in. I drove down the block jumped online and paid...upon paying the company provided the code to get into the gate. Immediately upon opening the unit I noticed Wasps/Hornets Nests all over the unit. Because I didn't have a lot of time in ******, instead of immediately leaving, I found another empty unit but it also had numerous Wasps/Hornets nests. For safety sake I had to cancel the storage unit because they are neglecting to treat the units for the consumer and of course I don't want my ********** personal items infested. I immediately called them and complained. Numerous agents promised to contact the owner and request my refund and it's May*** now...I still don't have my refund though I have called AGAIN. I want my money back as I had to find another storage for************ on ****************************************** They should be shut down so no one will get harmed nor personal items infested. I want my money back!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 20, 2022/07/27) */ The tenant asked to rent the storage unit out via phone call to my management company. Later on that day she stated to them, she no longer needed the unit and would like a full refund. The management company called me and asked how did I want to proceed with this. I stated there were no refunds, and she wouldn't be able to get her money back. She was upset and made an excuse that there were wasps in the facility. I stated if so, I'll remove the wasps/nests and make it right! Unfortunately we never heard back from the tenant. I own a small storage facility and value my integrity and professionalism. My goal is to treat everyone with respect and dignity. With that being said, her accusations are ********* I hope this suffice for my response. Best, Shawn H****
