I brought a car from here and I took it to ********* **** for an oil change and the shop told me that the car had a valve cover gasket leak. I had the part replaced but that did not fix the problem further diagnostic was done on the car and the car has a bad turbo on it and it keeps leaking oil. Please do not buy any cars from here they sell leamons. I brought the car back to the car lot to see if there were anything they can do about the problem but they told me there is nothing they can do and the car was sold as isBusiness response

The car sold to Mr. **** was sold as is. All customers are able to test drive our cars before purchasing, as well as have it looked at by a mechanic of their choice. Mr. **** did test drive, had a mechanic check the car, and bought the car with no complaints or concerns. A few days after purchase he informed us he needed a valve cover gasket, and that he would have someone else service that for him, after which he complained of new damage to the bolts. We offered the possibility of these new damages being caused by the person that he allowed to work on the car (as all cars are inspected and repaired before being available for sale) and that WH is not responsible for damages caused by outside parties. Since this complaint, we have come to an understanding with Mr. **** and dissolved the issue.

I purchased a car for my teenaged daughter's graduation gift from this business on September ****** for $3800. Wade ****** *** said the car was in great condition, so I signed the bill of sale, but the car had to be serviced for AC problems before he released it to me. 2 weeks later, the battery, the O2 sensors and both cv axles are not functioning properly and needs to be fixed. The car is backfiring and jerking, and this is very unsafe for my child to drive. I contacted Wade numerous times for the car tag and to address the car issues that arose with the within days of getting the car. Wade said he would fix any issues with the car, but he has not. He is fully aware of what is wrong with the car, but he will not respond to my calls or texts. I only have 30 days to return the vehicle, but he has done nothing to resolve this matter. He is ignoring me to let my 30-day return window expire, which expires on Sunday, **** **** I would like him adjust the amount charged for car and refund me the amount it will cost to have this car repaired or I can return the car for a full refund.Business response
