On 9/20 I called the insurance agency about my policy because it was getting close to renewal. The company or agency had my info on file to pay for the renewal. However the auto insurance policy never renewed and when I called to inquire about my new insurance cards on 9/26 Once on the phone with the agent said the policy canceled and that I would need to start a new policy and pay for the increase because of policy lapse. I was told by the agent that if I made a payment of $317 the policy with auto renew. It didnt happen. Turns out the payment was taken in on an old payment system. unbeknownst to me. Still no ins cards. I reached back out. The next agent I got on the line then proceeds to charged me again saying the policy needs to be reinstate and he couldnt see that a payment was made and that my rate would be going up over $40 because negligence on their end. Now a week and a half maybe two weeks later I see another charge from the insurance angency for a renewal, and not even a week after that I would need to make a payment on the policy. I contacted the agency to cancel the whole policy on 10/9 I have since had the run around about my refund. This isnt right I paid my policy on time when it was active and now it seems that since I wan to leave because of their mistake Im not getting helped and put on hold for over an hr to be told I dont have an update. And Ill just email the accounting team. Three email later still no word.
