If I could give zero stars, I would. CEO, *********************************** failed to take accountability for lack of professional *********************** practices Services were not rendered in full and she essentially fell off the map with communciation for WEEKS without an explanation. When I brought this to her attention, she failed to take any accountability or to even apologize. I paid well over $1500 for services and did not receive all of them (only partial services). She originally asked me to Zelle the payment in full before services even started. I requested that she draft up a contract for us BOTH to sign before I sent any funds. Looking back, I should have asked her to adjust the contract I ASKED HER TO DRAFT IN THE FIRST PLACE when I saw that it stated no refunds would be issued. I asked for a PARTIAL refund since there was no effective delivery or services or communication. She rejected the request and stated AGAIN that she gives no refunds. CEO stated she was *** because she needed to take a hiatus from the business and this was NEW NEWS to me! So unprofessional and LAZY. I let her and her assistant know I gracefully bowed out and have mentally accepted the financial loss from trusting her. I'll write it off on my business taxes. agian, DO NOT work with her or this group. If you decide to, make sure you have a contract that states refunds can given for services not rendered to satisfaction on her part.
