I have calling numerous times as well as drove an hr and 20 minutes to business to solve this matter yet they are closed. I even had others call them yet no one ever answers. I had a very unresolved and frustrating last visit that I ended up writing a negative review, right after this review I end up getting an additional bill after nowhere which was mysteriously added when it wasn't even there at first. I was at (0) zero balance twice with the new staff yet after complaining I keep end up getting these additional bills. The first I paid because I kept getting a notice that it will be sent to collections which I didn't want I have tried settling it with staff but they never got their job done. And now all of a sudden I get another bill after it was clarified that my balance was (0) zero which was stated directly in my face at time of last visit. I have paid well over $2800+ in which some I should not have paid for. There was a cleaning in which I was told I needed to pay for in which when I got home it wasn't cleaned properly. There was so much left. I have never dealt with this. I do have videos when I got home, realized, and cleaned it myself with dental cleaning instruments. My bill has been zero and I clarified that with new staff, next thing I get a bill. I spoke with front staff over 10xs and she said she promised to deal with insurance. Insurance stated that they never sent tooth #s and periodontal chart. I went thru this with staff several times over the phone as well as face-to-face. She assured she will fix and I asked assistant to remind her, she made a sticky note. When I came back follow up, she completely forgot and said so so nothing was done. Insurance stated nothing was done. Usually follow-*** are covered. I have never paid for a followup after having a major procedure done. I came in for a followup in which original dentist is no longer there incl the staff. Barely saw the new dentist ad was told again all that previous will be fixed but ne
