On 2/6/22 I attempted to purchase through this business that handles online payments for an online gaming site called mafiacityh5.com. I repeatedly got a "not authorised" reply from them. I had made numerous successful purchases in the past (2/2/22, 2/3/22, 2/4/22) and noticed I was getting charged for double purchases when my banking institution contacted me making me aware this had occurred. I then contacted the site about being double charged. They did absolutely nothing for me through mafiacityh5.com as they told me I needed to contact ingenico.com as they were the ones that handled all online purchases and also stated it was "out of their hands." I have tried repeatedly to contact ingenico on 2/6/22, 2/7/22,2/8/22,2/9/22 by filling out their customer support forms and also tried to phone them numerous times with the last attempt made today on 2/12/22. I get nowhere as the number goes to a voice mailing option where that mailbox is always full. Since contacting them on this matter I cannot make any purchases online that has this business as a epayment ... I have contacted my banking institutions and used different cards but I continually receive a not authorised reply, from them and cannot get them to stop this. I have put almost 2 and a half years into this online game, for it to be destroyed by this online payment processing company called ingenico! It's unfair and I want to resolve this issue immediately.
