I ordered 2 tickets online for a basketball game. Tickets cost $7.00/ticket and a convenience fee was $1.30/ticket. I was charged $16.70 not $16.60. When I contacted their customer support they said I need to contact the school where the event is held. I wander if they are overcharging everyone.Initial Complaint

Order # ******** I went on there website to purchase 2 tickets to the ****** Marching band Classic on 10/21. I was sold 20 tickets for a total for $440. I immediately realized the error and look for a customer service # for **********************. I ended up going back online and purchase 2 additional ticket with a different card. I knew I would be disputing this charge. I have contacted AMEX to dispute the charge. The Go Fan website provides a phone#, when you call the # it provides an email address. I have sent 4 emails and have received Nothing but an Auto response!!! Go Fan needs to provide real contact information to there Customers when an issue arises. This company has a monopoly when parent have to buy tickets to there child's school event. I have been unable to speak with a person regarding my claim. They are a disgraceInitial Complaint

I was charged twice $55 on 9/8/23 for the ***************** football game on card ending #****. I have sent emails with no response. I even included an image of my checking account. I don't have that kind of money to be giving out with four kids to feed. Times are hard!! Please contact me, I need my $55 back.Initial Complaint

Gofan is a ripoff. Bought tickets to a game get to the venue cant find the tickets had to repurchase. Even though I was charged for the original tickets. No email receipt, no text for my tickets even though I said Text me my tickets. They do not offer refunds.Initial Complaint

Order # ******** I want the refund I was promised from GOFAN in the e-mail below for a cancelled game I had bought tickets to.Transaction was originally on 8/19/22 for ***** total. Tickets were **** each plus **** service fee charge.Received an email which I attached 8/22/22 the event was cancelled and I would get a refund.Contacted the business on 8/29/22 to see where the refund was and they asked for more info I provided it email was from a ************************Contacted the business on 8/30/22 again for an update and no one answered me.Contacted the business again on 9/1/22 for an update and no one answered me.Contacted the business on 9/2/22 and a man by the name of ********************* who said my transaction went through for the tickets he didn't see a problem with my order. I then explained and re-sent the email they send me about the refund, that I had received an e-mail from them stating the event was cancelled (which it was) and I would be getting a refund and I still have not.Today 9/6/22 no answer from anyone still don't have my refund.There is no contact# for this business to even speak to a live person so they can just keep ignoring your e-mails.
