I dropped my Range Rover off the ****** cars on August 21 because someone hit my truck from the back and he told me it will be done in 3 week ***** The insurance mailed me a check and I gave him $10k because he said it will be done quickly. After a month I started call every week and he kept telling me that he ordered / or the company sent the wrong part. After October came we said enough is enough. We finally went to the shop and nothing has been done to my truck. I was still in a rental car and the rental car people has starting calling me because the insurance stop paying. So I told ****** cars and he told me that he would pay for my rental until my truck is fix.. my husband said no it has been 3 months, so we just took our truck and he said okay he will return our money on Monday. It is now 3 months later and he still has not returned our money.Initial Complaint

I tooko my 2016 ***** XC90 to Finneys Auto in October 2020 for oil in the plugs. He diagnosed it and stated it needed replacement rings, paid $4000 10/05 chase Cc In December, Finneys states the engine is still not running and will need a replacement engine. He states he will start searching for a repacement.In February, ****** states he is still looking for engine and in March, I gave him a down payment on engine and installation in the amount of $3639.65 Suntrust 3/29/2021 and $4159.60 disc 03/29.In June, he states the engine still has not arrived and that he has taken the car to ****************.** July, I called Northpoint auto who states they never received the car.Finneys finally towed the car to Northpoint Auto where we paid $18,000 to have the engine replaced. Finneys never refunded the money and never sent any invoice for work from October 2020- July 2021.
