      I purchased water heater with professional installation from this company in Sep 2020 and has a 6 years warranty. They have not been able to fix an issue with the until which started malfunctioning from day 1. They have come here to service 4-5 times already and it is a waste of my time in addition to extreme discomfort in such a short duration of time despite paying for a premium product.Not only are their technicians incompetent, the company does not care. Purchased a brand new high end water heater thru ****** and my misfortune was to have this company represent ******. Right from day 1, the unit gave trouble and did not work (and they did not know!). After that they had to come here 4-5 times in a year and as of today, the problem has not been fixed. And the lady out there picking up the phone is very rude, does not listen and lacks empathy. Every time there is a 2-3 day delay for the technician to come and until now they have not been able to fix the issue and they do some temporary thing. Latest is that the parts that were ordered have still not arrived after 6 months (I think this is a complete lie) !! And the saddest thing is that I am pretty confident they have no clue as to what is wrong. As per the last conversation the Manager was going to call next day and probably replace the unit. This was on Thursday and today is Monday - and the "manager" has still not called. The product obviously is defective and I am not sure if they are selling used units as new - because that is what it seems like. Dont trust this company. I paid a lot of money for the unit for "professional installation". Regret it.

      We were not able to get the materials for repair due to supply chain issues.  We finally reached out to another plumbing company who had the parts in stock and the are going out to address the issue.

      I am rejecting this response because the issue has been there for nearly 2 years and there has been 4-5 visits and they have not been able to fix or even diagnose the issue. You cannot blame everything on the supply chain. The company is not competent enough to handle the warranty for the remainder of the life and it is clear that the equipment was defective from day 1. I need them to take this defective unit back for a full refund and I will get another non defective unit installed by some other company.

      This is popping up as we are the Consumer

      i am with 4 Seasons Heating & Air and we reject the mediation.  My GM, *************************, has spoken with the consumer, offered a replacement to him as per his request.  He declined and stated that he was getting repaired from the people we recommended and just wanted to make sure that his warranty was honored which it is.  This has been settled as far as we are concerned.
