Called company for water heater repair. They have been to the house numerous times and charged hundreds of dollars and the problem is still there. They told us ao ***** approved a new water heater and gave us a price for installation. We requested a call from the service manager do discuss installation charges. Manager never called. Problem is still persisting and we cannot receive a call back. The assistants who answer the phone say they can't understand why we cant get a call back. At this point we just want our money back and would like to go to a new responsive company who stands behind their workBusiness response

We have made many trips out to her home in attempt to fix the water heater and for some reason, we couldn't get the job done. When all of this started and she asked for a manager, I called her and got no response. I also called two other times with no response to any of my 3 voicemails. All of these calls are recorded which we have. We have made 10 trips to her house and charged her ONE time for a part that was needed at the time. It was a total of 245.00. We did NOT charge 1 penny for any other call as we were trying to make the situation right and resolve the issue. Very difficult for me to figure out exactly what she wants without her returning my calls. This invoice has been refunded as of 11/16/21. Very odd that we haven't heard a word from her since 5/5/21 about the water heater not working and she files this claim. Either way, we have issued a full refund to the customer.
