      ****** at My Spa Works came out on 9/14/2023 to clean hot tub.When he finished he said he did not have chemicals or the filter that we had spoke about before he come to do this job. Then he said he would send the chemicals to my home which they have never showed up. I have contacted him about this and its always an excuse. So over time he will not answer me or answer a text He ask for full payment up front.

      Called my spa works in Atlanta ***************************** came out to my house Jan 19, 2023 I needed a new motor for jets and a new top.Paid in full for both. I have a receipt.The next week he brought my motor. I have yet to see my top.Ive called a dozen times and hes either never in the office of says there is nothing he can do about wait times.Its been almost 8 months.Need a top because my hot tub isnt keeping rain out!!!!

      In November 2022, *****************************, the vendor, provided repair services for my hot tub. Additional parts were recommended along with the replacement of a severely impaired spa cover. Vendor submitted an invoice including a cost of $465 plus tax for the cover. I prioritized the cover, before any other repairs or parts orders. He required prepayment for the cover and insisted on being paid by *****. I complied. Since that time no cover has been produced, even after numerous inquiries followed by as many excuses. He has been unwilling to provide the name of the maker or anything to confirm the order was actually placed. On May 16, 2023, after growing weary of excuses and no commitment regarding delivery, he indicated willingness to apply a 50% cancellation fee and cancel the order. Out of frustration, I agreed. No funds have been received. Now, I have been made aware of a substantial number of negative reviews on Home Advisor reflecting a pervasive pattern of collecting advance payments, nor performing, and becoming adversarial with jilted customers

      On 5/25/2021 my husband ************************* had My Spa works come out to the house for hot tub repair and ******************************** showed up and gave estimates. We ended up ordering a hot tub cover from him and he told us he only took cash because he had been burned by people so much. My husband ***** paid him by cash app $502.20 and we also purchased a motor from him as well that probably doesn't work. He stated he would bring the cover back to us after ordering in a couple weeks. We were under the Impression that we would have the cover in about two weeks but to this day almost 8 months later we have not received the hot tub cover. We have been very patient with this matter and ***************************** but at time point have realized he has taken our money and have no means of returning it or the item we purchased from him. He started out saying it was on back order for a while and when we finally asked for a refund he stated it would be a 20 percent restocking fee. Really? For an item we never received and was never unstocked because he doesn't have it. Now ****** will not respond to our calls, text or email. This seems to be a pattern with him and he is robbing people left and right with no regret. We want our money back from this person and company he represents.

      The original date of the start of my contract with My Spa Works (*****************************) was on 2/25/22. Where I paid the initial amount contracted of $2831.40 for repair work ***************************** stated I needed to have my hot tub back in working order. It was explained to me at that time that the hot tub cover was on back order and would take about 3 months, maybe a little more before it comes in. In April he came and partially installed a pump and filter. On that day he claims to have discover that my valve was cracked, which he removed and took with him. He stated that he ordered a replacement valve on 5/3/22. As of 7/23/22 I filed a compliant through Home Advisor against *****************************. At the time of filing my complaint ***************************** was ignoring my attempts of getting the status of items that were supposedly still on back order and he never came back out to finish the install of items that he replaced. He did not attempt other resources to get the back ordered items to my knowledge either. The matter went to arbitration but even though ***************************** did not provide any evidence of contract fulfilment and did not show up for arbitration they decided he did not have to pay any money back to me. I provided evidence against him as well as calling in for the arbitration. I have since contacted Home Advisor stating my disapproval of the process and decision as well as Fair Claims (the 3rd party arbitrators) to statement to Vacate the arbitration decison/process. Home Advisor is suppose to contact me next week to decide the next step but I have very little faith in them assisting me at this time. My Spa Works/***************************** has multiple complaints against him for the same or similar things that have happened with me that I found out after filing my complaint with Home Advisors. I wrongly assumed that Home Advisor was a company that provided reputable referrals for contractors. I hoping that you can help right this wrong.

      He is a fast talker. A quick liar, and a smooth thief, who refuses to communicate with you once he has stolen all your money and your jets off your tub! We paid $693.00 for a replacement motor and while he was installing it he stole the jets off of the tub. When he finished installing the motor, he filled the water up a had bubbles going everywhere so we couldn't see the jets. He told us to leave it on for 40 min so it could clean them. He left and when we let the water out we saw that the jets were missing. When we asked him about it, he said he was going to clean them and bring them back. He "mailed" us some jets back. They did not fit our tub. He was informed and he mailed more jets to us that also did not fit our tub and they were the wrong color! He sent us beige jets for our white tub! After informing him a second time about the error with our jets he became extremely abrasive and told us that he was doing US a favor and that we did not PAY for the jets that he sent, (even though he stole jets off of our tub that we had no problem with!!!!) That was in March 2022 it now 3 days until July 2022. We have been calling him and calling him he blocked my husband's phone number and then he blocked my phone number. I had to call him from a blocked number, And when he answered he acted as if I owed him money for the jets that don't fit my tub. I had to call the cops and report the theft. I have a police report and I am filing my small claims tomorrow. I have proof on text messages that he took my jets. I going to let the courts decide who's going to pay for new jets!I AINT PLAYING WITH THIS *****!!

      I purchased a hot tub cover from ****** in October 2021. ****** immediately cashed the check. It is 7 months later and I still have not received the cover. I call ****** about once a month to check on it and he blames it on supply issues. I asked him to call the company he ordered it from and he tells me he is busy with a job. He would not give me the companys name or contact information. At this point, I believe that this is a fraudulent transaction.

      On Jan. 15, 2022 ***************************** of My Spa Works was paid $1,020.91 by Zelle to order spa parts and repair my spa-I was told hed be back the following week. 3 weeks went by with no return visit or call so I called ****** he responded with Ill be there in ******** and fix it next week. Two more weeks with no call or visit. I called again and he responded Ill call you tomorrow-no call back. The last call was Wed of this week and he said Ill call you in 40 minutes. Bottom line- its been 11 weeks he has not reached out to me once and still had my money. I want my spa fixed or my money back immediately. Can you help?

      Hired ***************************** from Angies List or www.handyman.com, he was the only one listed for repair of spas, and represented himself an expert. As a present for my husband, we agreed to repair our old jaccuzi and get it running again. ****** came and said he could and we paid a retainer of ****** then for rewiring, about six hundred dollars, then another five hundred and a half for repairs a blown outside breaker in which the circuit overloaded and blew my oven circuit board which cost me another repair **** and I am still waiting for the part, we didn't tell him abut this to try and work with him, we had another handyman who did property management throughout Ga and he saved additional once a month trips from ****** by putting caps on the open ended wires and told us he wanted to save us money on these additional huge bills from ******, he was leaking us for money in order to get the jaccuzi up and running, taking off and not repairing until we pay huge bills for his services. The last was he was suppose to install the heater which he represented as new which it was not, and build a little wood block to hold it and install a lever on the outside, two large holes later which have affected the asthetics, Wolfgange came stated to us that he didn't have the right screws when ********** is five minutes away. and lacked an **** wrench when I have four, had to go to Octoberfest when my husband said he would pay for this service call when the job was finally finished and operational, the heater the last step installed. He ran off said he would call in 3 weeks, no phone call no appointment to finish job, examination of job is impossible to hold the used heater which doesn't work, we are at temeperature 68 degrees. and the tub after following his directions of emptying and refilling with buckets to accomodate him after 3 months now is still not usable or operational. Please help we want the original retainer or about 250 for blowing the kitchen 220 line returned to us and to
