I requested service in July for a refrigerator repair at ***********************************************************. I was told that the repair total was going to be $198.95. They tried to charge my card in July and the card declined because they had the last 4 digits wrong. I spoke with the technician ***** and corrected this issue. They ended up charging me $212.88. I didnt worry about this amount because I thought they added there service fee charge to it. On September 21, 2022 they charged me $198.95 for the same service. I immediately contacted the technician who told me to call the main office. I spoke with ****** twice. The first time I was told m a manager would contact me. The second time she provided an email address and told me to call back after 7pm. No one ever answered the phone. I called ******************* and he told me I need to speak with the manager *****. I called her an some guy answered who was beyond arrogant. I explained what happened and he said I would be credited back. Well I still havent received my credit. I do not have money to give away. They received their funds the first time and there was no need for a second charge. If I owed them they would be hunting me down. I want my money back and I will never use their services again in life. Please help. This is the email address I was provided by ****** and no one still has reached out. *******************
