My survey was rejected after doing no survey for 8 days, and they docked me -20 quality score which brings me down to 87 quality score after doing only couple survey from last week. I am being blocked most of the survey. Thier quality score is really inconsistent, and no other survey provider does do "score" system. When I contacted the support, all they give me is copy and paste from the help center with no resolution whatsoever as showing in the screenshot. I did not rush or gibberish answer on a survey. They run the survey really horrible compared to other survey provider which I will not name. The support was no help at all, and they did this to other people as well from what I read. This company fraudulently blocked me from using their service due to quality of answers. Even when I was not using them what so ever at times. So that cant possibly be the reason for why they did this, I also have been doing surveys for over 6 years and Ive never had any issues on my quality of answers to the point I get banned. Theyre the only ones. They take as much info as they can and lower your score slowly overtime until they eventually block you from using them. Thousands of Reviews online will show you that Im not alone in this.Initial Complaint

My account with Survey has been deleted with no notice & I can't even submit a research ticket because I can't reset my password as they don't send the email link as stated they would. I have a balance due me of almost $40 for surveys taken & no way to reach them to find out what's going onInitial Complaint

I believe I am blocked from taking surveys on the platform Survey Rewardz for no reason and wish I could receive surveys again. I believe this happened to me before and would like a resolution.Business response
