On or about 2/20/23, my wife and I met with a MarketSource employee at Target on ********************************* in *********, **. The employee represented to ** that we could purchase new phones on our ATT account for a promotional price without changing our existing plan. She represented that we qualified for the promotion with our existing plan. Relying on that representation we purchased 2 new phones. The next day we learned from an ATT email that we did not qualify and were charged twice the amount Market Source quoted us. We went to an ATT store and were told the same. We returned to Target and the employee admitted her mistake but said there was nothing that could be done. She would not take the phones back or undo the transaction. Later I spoke with a supervisor ******************** who said she was going to honor the price quoted either by talking to ATT or giving us some sort of a credit. She never did. Market Source would not give me her phone number and she would not return my call or email me after I gave the store representative my phone number and email address. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and all they wanted to do was make a sale.

I worked for this company in 2020 on a successful campaign for the ******** program. This past year I was contacted by a recruiter to work the program again I completed all of my paperwork and drug screening very promptly. For almost a month now I have been dealing with unfair treatment due to a vaccine requirement with the company. I properly filled out the required vaccine attestation form due to religious reasons and a company has refused to acknowledge my request while accepting other employees religious attestations allowing them to work the program. I have inquired several times to no avail only to get bounced around and never have emails or phone calls returned. The latest instance was someone demanding that I fill out a request to be exempt from wearing a mask when the *** no longer requires masks to be worn. I have asked several times for help and assistance regarding my new employee training and I am I ignored and refused assistance. This is discriminatory and unfair treatment as they have approved my friends accommodations for the program but keep having me run around in circles with no resolution in sight. I'm very disappointed to say the least of this company would be so unprofessional with someone who is a loyal hard-working employee.

I am rejecting this response because:

The recruiter contacted me and never once stated a vaccine requirement more so the recruiter ****** stated a vaccine attestation form was acceptable in order to work the program. Other people I know have their attestations approved mine sat in limbo.

      Sincerely,

I feel like In general workers get no respect from District Managers especially at my location. Everyone quits but nobody deals with the issue of unprofessional behaviors in the workplace and finding the reason WHY people leave. Our voices dont get heard.

Reenu of Target Tech, a mobile sales company under Marketsource, has been contacting me several times about a job opportunity. I had previously worked for them and quit that job in February of 2021. I have stated in replies to the text that I am not interested and to leave me alone. I do admit I have used more colorful language when I did it. This now boarders on harassment. I even replied with a statement that I will be reporting them for harassment.
