On October 25th 2022 I received laser hair removal service from Nyah Med Spa at the ********** location. I was severely burned in several areas and contacted the business on three separate occasions for a refund. I was so traumatized by this experience I did not finish the rest of the package I had purchased. I have heard nothing back from this company and am requesting a refund of $338.Initial Complaint

On 2-24-2021 I paid $309.00 for 9 treatments for 2 areas. I only received 3 out of the 9 treatments. I had previously paid for other treatments (laser hair on legs). Instead of removing the hair, the tech removed part of my tattoo. I went through severe pain, infection and now permanent scarring. I called the owner, and the owner blamed me for it for being too dark, and even stated I did it to myself. After this, I did seek legal action, but because its a small area, and the infection was treated and dealt with that they felt this option was better. I now have permanent scarring on my leg due to the negligence of this establishment. I have had several visits to ************ and multiple dermatologist. After informing the Owner of this they removed me off the schedule and took the rest of my money for those treatments. Obviously I wasn't going back and she knew that, they never offered to help with anything (**** from urgent care, ointment cream or anything). She laughed at me and stated I signed a doc that said they could do anything to me, and I can't say anything. But Its not right, and businesses like this should be out of business. They could kill someone...I could have been one of those if I would have developed sepsis from that infection. I only suffered from severe pain in my leg Thankfully, but it was def a tough time.Business response

Subject: Complaint responseI have spoken with ****** today and we have come up with a solution and I have offered to give her a full refund on all services even though she was done with most of her treatments I am offering a full refund for all services she has ever gotten with us. ****** is happy with the solution.
