  This company is a scam. It has a phone number that doesn't work on it's website and it tries to "hire" people to steal their SSN and identity. Don't trust this company if they email you about a job!

We understand we are a victim of Security Breach and request you to kindly provide us a week's time as we investigate the matter fully at our end while simultaneously strengthening our network security. Also, the website contact number XXX-XXX-XXXX is working and is directed to our HR department for help and assistance, we try to answer all calls and queries as routed to us, still, we apologies for any calls that we may have missed unintentionally. I do not accept because this is a fake business and needs to be charged with fraud and/or shut down. It's so messed up that they are pretending to hire people and using fake pictures and names of people from LinkedIn to interview candidates. I have proof of the identity that they stole from a recruiter on linkedin. I reached out to that recruiter personally and she confirmed that it wasn't her and she made a complaint as well. We understand that being a victim of fishing attack/fraud ourselves have tarnished our image however, Agile Directive Inc will be happy to submit any proof of its lawful existence should BBB need the same. Since the Consumer has written of having some proofs of fraud, we request the party to help provide us the same as it would streamline our investigation and we can review the proof as well for the consumer. Please see attached the emails from Agile Directive Inc, trying to steal my identity. Business Response /* (4000, 22, 2021/11/01) */ We thank the Consumer for providing proof of fraud as faced at their end. However, while we went through the proof as provided, we noticed that 80% information about Agile Directive as on the signature is incorrect. 1. Agile directive has a email domain - www.agiledirective.com and all our emails are sent from our domain @agiledirective.com, we do not use third party domain like google, outlook or hotmail to send official information/conversation. 2. The numbers XXX-XXX-XXXX an dXXX-XXX-XXXX does not belong to us and are not registered under our name. Agile directive contact number is +X(XXX) XXX-XXXX which is working and is either answered throughout our business hours or redirected to company VM. 3. The address on the email is incorrect as Agile Directive moved out of that address in January 2021. We are still in Alpharetta GA but at a different address, correct details available on company website. We are writing to outlook.com to bring to their notice that a fake email has been created on their server as we cannot pull down an email not created on our server. On the proof of fraud provided we did see the name of our HR Manger which stands correct ( Tracy Catherene) but Agile Directive has no employee by the name of Olivia Zizak, we cannot guarantee if that is a real person or any alibi name. We understand some impersonator created a fake job opening by using our HR Manager's signature as a base, but since its from an outside domain email address we cannot find as to who would do that and why. We are working to include a disclaimer on our website and in email signature thereby making people aware of not responding to any message that are not sent form our domain or that has any official information incorrectly put. We hope this will help future job seekers to validate the truth and that no one has to go through the unpleasant experience as the Customer here. Regards, ******* ********
