      ZERO STARS -- went through ********* JUST AS BAD as this company. Over charged me almost twice the quote, they would not let me remove items once it was on the truck. I would not recommend this company. Only had one young man when they finally showed up with the belongings. I felt sorry for him and my son helped him move stuff in the house.

      I would give them a zero if I could. They are the biggest rip off company I have ever dealt with. They quote one price and then when they came to pick up furniture they charged me almost three times as much. I tried to resolve the problem with *****. He told me to read my emails. Do NOT use this company no matter what. BEWARE!

      To whom it may concern,

        Customer was recently picked up and upon reviewing your case with *****, we found that you were actually provided with several discounts and complimentary labor services, which significantly reduced the overall cost of your furniture pickup. ***** went above and beyond to ensure that you received the best possible value for our services.

       We provided complimentary cubic feet of storage, boxes, and labor as gestures of goodwill, in addition to the originally quoted estimate and fees for elevator/long carry services, which were clearly communicated prior to booking. Our efforts included offering the customer nearly $2,000 in discounts. ***** diligently accommodated all requested preferences, ensuring a positive experience. The assigned driver demonstrated exceptional courtesy and provided informative assistance, offering further discounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite these efforts, the customer expected all additional labor, boxes, and long carry charges to be waived, despite prior explanation of potential upcharges associated with estimate provided during booking.

      RUN LIKE H*** FROM THESE MOVERS!! SCAMMERS!ZERO STAR RATING !!They came to my house and immediately I was told that I have more boxes than stated. (mind you I counted 3 times). Then they jacked up my price stating I owed them 4K more. I had to close the next day and had a flight out. They have you and they know it. Then I was told they wouldn't move some furniture that I had covered with comforters - I had to use their blankets - and OH - since they were going to meet actual mover - I had to purchase blankets (for 1K), as they had no way to get them back. Not sure how many times belongings were loaded and unloaded into different locations. Arrival day at UHAUL - driver (****) backing into bay - was told to stop by his partner - driver kept going and took out sprinkler which flooded bay, then flooded uhaul storage units. Called them next day stating I was able to get into unit - they came following day (no biggie) My unit was close to the original entrance, but UHAUL had it closed for insurance adjusters and customers who had damage. ****** then said I was more than 75 feet away and contract states I owed him $175 but would give me a break and only charged $100. I stated it was HIS fault we had to use another entrance and I wasn't paying. He said he would go 75 feet and leave my things in the hall OR pay him OR they would take my things and put into their storage. In the end I got my $100 back. NOT SURE HOW MY THINGS MADE IT THRU, BUT LOOKING AT BOXES TAKEN OFF TRUCK - I'M CONCERNED AND WON'T KNOW UNTIL I CLOSE ON MY NEW HOUSE. (AND WILL HIRE LOCAL MOVERS) NOTE - movers subcontracted by Coast to Coast Relocations so STAY away from them!The actual person who moved all belongings into storage - hard worker!!

      To whom it may concern, 

       We want to address your concerns regarding the additional labor charge. Our records indicate that the driver did perform extra labor, for which he was compensated accordingly. We understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating however,  we did not include the $175 charge for the additional distance in your final invoice, we paid the worker for extra labor. You were not charged and your goods were safely placed inside the unit you provided which at the time, made you very happy and satisfied. We tried making it right even though the driver did not get paid at the time for extra labor which was also explained on your contract.

        As for the incident involving the truck hitting the sprinkler, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, accidents can happen, especially in tight spaces or challenging situations during transportation. Our team acted swiftly to rectify the situation and minimize any further impact on your relocation process.

      In regards our pricing structure is based on several factors, including the volume of items being moved and the labor involved. When additional labor or items are encountered beyond what was initially estimated, it's standard practice in the industry to adjust the final cost accordingly. This is particularly true for moves billed by cubic feet (cf), as any increase in the volume of items being transported may result in additional charges.

      Stay away. I was charged 77% more than the estimate on the day of the move, so I felt held captive. I had furniture they packed damaged. I had boxes I packed lost. Everything the salesperson told me went south once the move began. I was told same crew that packed would deliver, that didn't happen, one of two delivery people didn't speak English. I was told I could leave clothing in dressers, mover told me dresser likely would get damaged, they dumped contents into a wardrobe box, a mess to unpack! Inventory during unloading was not done, I was told they inventoried the items when they loaded the truck for the interstate move. Items were lost, I had nothing to prove that items were lost so I could not claim it. The Precise General Manager got involved and told me he would help me. Truth is it was all lip service. The sales person also said she would be there for me the entire way. Once moved, she was out of the picture. The claim company they use is a national company, that process can take 120 days. I got $100, when I felt the damaged furniture was worth far more than that. And the upcharge was over $5,000 on pick up. Honestly, try someone else. I was so disappointed in my choice of Precise is why I write this BBB review.

      This company is top notch! After numerous quotes and a few different options on how to move cross country I stumbled upon this company. Precise Moving and Storage is not a broker so I actually talked with the same person, ********************* all through the process. Her knowledge and understanding of what my needs were so impressive. Everything so far has gone very smooth and exactly how expected. Communication has been awesome and I look forward to the delivery of my belongings to be as positive experience as pickup. I highly recommend this company 100 percent!

      Please do not waste your time hiring this company! They are scammers even ******* who seems so polite trust me its just an illusion, these people will quote you a price and then add on charges once they have your things on their truck. Precise moving picked up my things and a totally different company dropped off my things I was made aware of this and also the pice increase when the other person called and told me a new price which was more than I was originally told from precise moving that Id have to pay once my things were brought to me. I called precise and informed them that this is not what I was told and their excuse is that it was some hidden fee they forgot to add. Please do not use this company use a professional company! Any money you think youll save with this company is just a lie they tell you! Spend your money with a better moving company like I wish I did. Precise moving and storage had me so stressed out the entire time!

      I have nothing but great things to say about Precise moving. From the time we spoke with ******* to the time the guys delivered my items everyone at the company did an amazing job. They were very friendly and took good care of my items and that is a major plus in my book. I tipped the man and they certainly deserved every *****. Thanks for making my smooth one.

      I recently utilized Precise Moving and Storage, and overall, my experience was quite positive and smooth. The Team was surprisingly punctual, they handled my belongings with care throughout the entire process. From packing to transportation and storage. One aspect that slightly detracted from an otherwise experience was the communication regarding the delivery schedule. There was a slight delay in the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances BUT *********** kept me informed throughout the whole process, which I highly appreciated and helped alleviate frustration! Highly recommend these guys, they get the job done.

      To the best guys ever at Precise Moving and Storage. From first contact by ***************************** to the owner ***** managing the coordination of my move to ** which got interrupted by a fire at the storage facility that was so stressful to me but handled like heroes from the team at Precise. From picking up what could be salvaged and helping me clean then storing until my moving date. Even transferring my belongings from the soot covered boxes to clean boxes from their stash. Like family, caring and supportive. Cannot recommend highly enough! Just a super bunch of good humans, very rare these days.***********************

      Was not a good experience. They showed up at 3pm on the day of the move and finished at 11pm. We were told AM arrival. When they arrived at our new home they started with 4 movers and a driver. 2 quit 1/2 hour into the move. We helped move our stuff. They broke the steps and said it was a defective step. When we complained they indicated that the step must have been rotten (its 4 years old and Trec). Id admit the 3 remaining guys really tried hard to get it done. Did I mention the original estimate was $10,000. The final price was $19,500 plus. We did a FaceTime estimate and I understand its hard, but double? In addition they told me the suggested tip was 15%. Thats a lot based on the price. The driver said he would report the broken step - 2 months later we have heard nothing. The truck broke down and our belongings arrived 8 days later. Beware! This is one of the worst business experiences in my 69 years.
