I hateeeeeee this dealership. I bought a preowned certified X3 from here. They swore up and down that they checked the car out. The first week I drove the car, the light comes on for the headlights. They ended up having my vehicle for 2-3 months before finding out that it had spliced wires in the headlights. The service guy told me oh its just a light. They didnt want to replace the two headlights bc it cost $5,000. The fixed it but then I came back again within that month bc of another code jumped out for DRIVETRAIN MALFUNCTION. They said it was spark plugs. Now if you checked everything out and did maintenance on the vehicle like you should have done in the beginning, spark plugs shouldnt have needed changing out again. Ive been keeping up maintenance on the vehicle and it hasnt been a year yet. I got a major problem. My car has been in the shop for 3/4 weeks now. The differential, radiator, axles (which fell apart while one side was taken off), oil pan, Val cover gasket, fuel injectors, spark plugs and coils all got replaced anddddd THE *** IS STILL THROWING OUT OTHER CODES NOW!!! I only use this car to go to work and back home so for it to have this many problems is troubling. This dealership is a scam and is frauding people on getting into a contract with one of their not so certified ************ losing so much money and I wish I could give it back to them. All my hard earn money is wasted on a non reliable car. I will never go back to this dealership and continue to make sure that everyone knows not to go here as well.Review from Ana t

Be extremely careful with what you signing up for. The finance managers will offer you amazing deals for maintenance and service with promises that will save you money but they never tell you you will end up not using them and overpaying. Purchased mine for 2k and it expired in less than the time I was offered by the finance manager because I was a second owner so I paid for the first owner and myself ! 2k for a 2 time service. Dont let them get away with fancy words they are shady and misleading. Do not waste your Money with service agreement plans. Because when you call to ask them why your 3 years expired a year early and they tell you it was because your paying for the first owner too and get mad about it like they did after I questioned their tactics and lies they will mistreat you and not help you at all. This dealership had me drive 3.5 hours to see a used car they told me was in excellent condition. I asked several times and told them to send pictures of any issues. They sent me a single image of a small scratch on the bumper. After a very long drive down to **********, the car had two cracks in the windshield, half the molding torn out of the top, nicks and scratches all over, the seats were damaged and the door handles didn't work. They then tried to sell me another used car instead (bait and switch I guess). The manager even stated in a final F.U. to me that he would just sell the car at auction rather than help with major repairs. Had to drive another 3.5 hours back home.Review from Sharath R

I used to love *** so much that i had made up my mind that all my current and future cars would be ***s until I ran into United BMW. WATCH OUT!! These guys are always on the look out for finding ways to Break Your Wallet.I had to drop my X3 here since my emergency calling system started to malfunction. They came back to me saying that my antenna has been damaged due to an impact which I honestly have no idea how it happened. They said this had to be out of pocket and charged me $2500 including regular maintenance. I had responded saying I am reaching out to my insurance company to see if these charges can be covered. I don't know how they understood that I had asked them be on standby in ordering the parts until I approve it. The car has been in their shed for almost a week now and the parts weren't ordered until I followed up with them.Adding to this, the person who is handling my case doesn't know what customer care is. I am almost suspecting that the way he treats me is based on a racist intent. Talks to me like this is no big deal and would not give me a loaner car now that my car is going to be with them even longer. The person also knows that my insurance covers only up to $500 for rental charges.I have a 2 year old at home who goes to daycare and I badly need the car asap. Terribly disappointed with the service and customer care. These guys have made me change my opinion of what *** is all about.Review from David G

Extremely unethical business. Do not do business with this company. Negotiated a price on a vehicle. Received written agreement on the terms of the purchase multiple times. They sent me a " purchase agreement " that they needed me to sign, which I signed and returned. They then required me to send $1000 as a " partial payment", which I did, and received confirmation from Dealership. Because I was an out of state buyer, I had to purchase plane ticket and fly to georgia.. the ticket was $611. I was scheduled to fly into Georgia in 4 days to pay the remaining balance via cashiers check. I then received a message from the sales person ( ***********************) indicating they would not honor the agreement and wanted to refund my payment. We went back and forth but bottom line is they would not honor the signed agreement even though they had asked accepted my payment. Although I was extremely disappointed in their clearly unethical business practices, I requested that they simply reimburse me fur the non- refundable plane ticket. They of course refused. *********************** and United BMW set a new low for the term " car salesman"..Review from Nathan M

Be VERY Careful working with this dealership unless you are OK with paying their advertised price for a quick and easy deal for their benefit. Negotiation is SNEAKY! Let me explain. I inquired about a 2018 *** 530e which had an advertised price of $39,995. I offered $39,000 as I felt that was a fair price for that car after looking at the market and the cars value. The sales rep came back to me at $39,196 saying I would receive a discount of $799. Although not at $39,000 I thought that was a fair compromise so I was prepared to accept the deal and place the deposit immediately until I received the **** of Sale. The *** showed the price of $39,995 minus the discount of $799 but when I looked closer at the bottom the $799 was added back in as a Doc Fee so the car was the exact same price from the advertised price. I pointed this out and got no where with the sales rep. I asked to speak with the Sales Manager and he pointed out that I was receiving a discount of $799. (See the attached ***. The blue writing was from Them). I explained my side. I felt like I was trying to be tricked and this seemed like an unethical business practice as it was most definitely a play on numbers to get what they wanted with the hope that I didnt notice or better yet just accepted it. Of course, they had all sorts of car salesman tactics and reasons why they did what they did. I understand a doc fee as almost every dealership has it but 1. $799 is excessive and 2. It just happened to be the same amount of the so called discount they gave me? How can anyone think that isnt sneaky or a sales tactic. Of course no dealership would ever admit it. Ive purchased over 35 cars in my life and am a business man myself. I understand BS and when Im trying to be swindled. Before writing this review I tried everything I could to give United BMW my business. I went from the sales rep to the sales manager and tried my best to get the sales manager, *****************, to understand why I felt like I diReview from Dawn

September 2021 I purchased in full a 2012 Q5. About a month of having the car I started having oil consumption issues bad. Mechanic said piston rings would likely need to be changed. Now my motor has gone bad! Mechanic said it's not worth paying $6k to get a new motor plus labor. I haven't even had the car 6months! They basically sold me a lemon, and even if I purchased an over priced extended warranty these issues would still be here! This is why women don't like car dealerships! Thanks *** for selling me a lemon I love throwing away money, but hey at least y'all got paid right! Buyer bewareReview from Stamos T

We had an overall terrible experience buying this car. My family has bought multiple cars from the dealership and I felt that my bf and I were treated differently from the very beginning because we were buying an entry level BMW. I was wiling to excuse the fact that the car didn't make it a day without needing to go in the shop and wasn't ready to begin with. But then, I got it back from the shop and had the same problem the next day. It seems that they just re set the computer instead of actually fixing the problem the first time. What a waste of everyone's time. To make matters worse our temp tag was about to expire so we went ahead and called to see where it was. Sure enough, they had not even started the process and the car needed emissions. The car should've never been sold without emissions. We had to bring the car to them so they could get the emissions and they wanted US to go get the tag and waste our time for their mistake. We told them no, we work full time and don't have time. They continued to blame COVID for 2 weeks and said they would have to get an appointment and sent us a loaner agreement for our car. I said they needed to get an appointment because we wouldn't be bothered with that. But 2 weeks later they hadn't made one so now we have spent 2 hours at the tag office on a Saturday morning the only day we can go. Mark has been rude and not understanding and management has yet to contact us. That's okay because we have had it and will contact the BBB and BMW of North America to file a formal complaint
