In aug 2023 we paid $736 to Turito for Python class. After 2 classes it never got scheduled I asked for a refund. On Jan 10 2024 the relationship manager ************************************* <**************************************> communicated via email that they are refunding $690 .I have been repeatedly following up the Help and Support team goes silent mode and in between they send an email that they are still processing a refund .They have exactly similar case with other customers as well **************************************************************************************************************************************Initial Complaint

I signed up online ************ for my son but after few classes we decided to cancel service and request refund. Some practice questions answers were confusing/way off (tutor agreed) and some practice questions had garbled text (technical problem). Looks like they neither proofread practice question nor tested website. They offered to apply credit for 1-1 lessons which we declined. The contract clearly indicate if we don't like classes we will be refunded for un-used classes. I have been emailing and calling every contact I have to follow-up on refund for past 6 months without any progress. I wanted to get refund that was promised.Initial Complaint

We enrolled my daughter to Turito online Math and Science classes in February 2023. We paid $1000 for 100 classes ( $10 each class). It was very clearly mentioned in the email( I have an email proof ) that the remaining amount will be refunded in case if we withdraw from the classes incase if we didnt like them. I kid attended just 3 to 4 classes and didnt like them. I spoke to the company coordinator and asked them to end the course and provide the refund. Since then it has been more than 7 months I have not been able to get the refund from the company. I spoke to many associates several times about the issue with no resolution until now. I approaching you hoping that you could help me in this regard.
