I received my handbag with a big slash on the bottom of my bag I was told send bag back and as soon as they receive it they will refund me I called to let Daisy rose know that my tracking says it was delivered at there front desk they checked and said yes we have it and we will refund you right away. It took them 3 weeks to finally refund me but during those 3 weeks I was calling and emailing them until I finally got my refund and then I noticed they didnt refund me my whole refund they kept 4.12$ saying thats the tax they kept well I never had a situation where Im being refunded and the tax is kept on it that just doesnt sound rightBusiness response

We'd like to inform you that we issue refunds for returns as soon as we receive them; this is a very simple procedure. Our warehouse staff checks for returns on days when we receive 5-6 returns and forwards it to us to issue refunds for the returns, but in this case it took us a little longer than usual, and we apologised to the customer for the same and issued refunds for them.Customer response
