My name is ********* (***) *****. My order # is *********, and I purchased a trampoline replacement mat on 3/10/2020 for $229.00. The ************************************************** September 2022, and I needed to replace it under warranty. It should be under warranty, as it was the mat's poor stitching that started the rip, which has now begun to run and stretch across the trampoline. I contacted them with the information and photos with the time stamp, as requested, and have not heard back. Kidwiseusa.com was contacted on September 27th 2022, with no response. On October 26 2022, I contacted them again and did get a response with a request for a photo of the rip and time stamp. I replied with one and have not heard back since. I emailed again on May 30 2023 with no response.Business response

This Trampoline mat has a 5 year Prorated Warranty. It has already been reported to the factory and they are handling the matter directly with the customer. This complaint was unnecessary as we have already handled the matter. Please consider this matter addressed and closed.

Dear ***, We have been addressing your Pro-rated Warranty issue directly with the Trampoline Factory
The factory has stated that they will take care of it and will handle the matter directly.
Your BBB complaint was totally unnecessary as we already had this matter underway.
