      This company we feel has misrepresented themselves from start to finish. We experienced so many technical difficulties/customer service with this product and POS provider. Billed random amounts from our account. Finally at the end of August ************************************************************************************************************* us having to pay our employees out of pocket for tips that did not register and product failure. The gift cards didn't work and would not provide customers with their balance. Numerous customer service tickets were always "opened' with no resolution or months before a response/acknowledgement. We canceled our subscription end of August 2023 unable to move forward. We were provided with company issued ***** return labels to return hardware which we did promptly and I have the confirmation receipts from *****. For months after they continued to call claiming we did not return the equipment after I sent proof of return numerous times they also demanded we pay and Early Termination Fee of a random unexplained amount. Then without warning they sent us to a third party collection agency demanding $2,965.00 with no explanation. When I asked numerous times to speak to someone in billing they said "It's not possible" you can only correspond via the customer support email to which I was ignored for months. Meanwhile having sent us to collections they still auto paid themselves from our account $50/a month for 7 months for the gifts cards we had cancelled. This is outrageous and this company feels fraudulent. We would like our credit report restored and this collections claim dropped and to never receive any further communication from them as the time wasted, money lost and stress sustained has really taken a toll on our small business. Please note NCR is broken into many different factions in dealing with this crisis-ncr voyix is also part of the dispute.

      Date of Transaction: April 20, 2022 We bought NCR POS System for our Furniture store for $1677.04. We not happy with NCR POS System and decided to returned. We called NCR on May 19, 2022 and opened a returned request and was advise someone will call us for returned label.On June 16, 2022 - ************************* - Service Ops ******************** - Advising email said "Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue return labels for the hardware you purchased on April 20, 2022. We dont have a return policy. Please refer to section 5.0 of the Merchant Agreement. "As per NCR silver agreement, Customer has 30 days to return. Please find attached NCR silver agreement. 6.0 Hardware Return and Refund Policy You may contact the NCR Silver ************* team at ************** to request return of Hardware you purchased from NCR for use with the Service at any time within 30 days of the order date. If NCR determines that you are eligible to return such Hardware to NCR, NCR will provide a return materials authorization (***) to you via email. NCR will refund you the purchase price you paid NCR for the returned Hardware (less applicable handling charges NCR may charge you for the return) provided that NCR receives the Hardware (including all Hardware items if the Hardware was purchased as part of bundle) freight prepaid by you in new, like new or unused condition, in its original packaging, within 15 days of the date the *** was emailed to you. Any installment payments you made to NCR under an Extended Payment Program for returned Hardware that NCR fully processes under an *** are non-refundable and will be forfeited by you, and remaining installment payments for that Hardware will no longer be due to NCR.
