Our pool restoration (resurfacing, installation of new coping & changing old single drain to new safety drain) began on March 21, 2022 to a pool that was built in **** & last resurfaced with white plaster in ****. The pool was definitely in need of a resurfacing. The pool was ready to start refilling on March 28th, right on schedule.The crew that worked on the pool were all very professional, knowledgeable and extremely neat. The end result is pool that we are very pleased with.We needed to have the pool deck resurfaced as well as the pool startup by a knowledgeable organization. ******* provided us recommendations for two companies that accomplished exactly what we were looking for.

Last year, ***************************** and Ocean Pools replaced our pool surface, tile, and coping. They truly did a wonderful job. The folks charged with completing the work were professional, on-time, efficient, and completed all work within a week. Our home was just sold. The cover picture chosen wasn't of the front of the house, but the back, which highlighted the pool. $160K over ask. I attribute much of this to Ocean Pools.

Amazing job!. We were referred to Ocean Blue Pools (and *******) by my brother-in-law, who had just had his pool refinished by them. We recently bought a flip house, and the pool that we needed to have refinished had not been in working order for at least ***** years. It was virtually a swamp. The water was green, there was at least a foot of slime on the bottom and the top was full of tons of leaves. Well, it didn't *************************. He happened to have a small window of time available right after the new year and had this pool completely refinished - meaning the old pebble tec (from the 1980's) chipped out, all the hollow spots filled in, the existing water line tile removed and replaced with beautiful new tile, the entire pool refinished with beautiful Tahoe Blue pebble tec and installation of a new pump, etc., IN 10 DAYS!!!! We were amazed. The pool looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend Ocean Blue Pools and ******* for your pool refinishing and new pool installation needs..

Randall and his team were outstanding to work with on our renovation project. Randall gets it! The service he provided was above and beyond and he showed genuine care and concern on making sure we were satisfied with the job. He met with us personally at the start of the project and made several personal visits to check up on the work. His team is amazing. They were punctual each day and very polite and cleaned up at the end of each work day and did amazing work. You can tell he cares for his team and that is great to see in this tough time with finding good labor. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and I can tell you that Randall understands providing great service!!! He shot us straight on pros and cons of our choices and we had a high level of trust with him. We will absolutely go with him on any future projects. and we highly recommend him for any pool project.

Ocean Blue Pools did an excellent job resurfacing our Pebble Tec pool and adding tile around the edge. Randall was professional and straight forward in his interactions. His showroom was helpful when I needed to select the materials for the job. He showed photos of the other pools he had done in the same colors, which helped with selecting. The team showed up when promised and notified me if there was a change in plans due to weather or illness. The pool looks great and I know I can call him if anything comes up in the near future. I would highly recommend Ocean Blue Pools.

Randall and his team are amazing! I hired them to resurface my pool, replace the tile and coping and I couldn't be happier. He was always available for questions ( my first pool remodel) and took the time to make certain I was clear on the work. His team was on time and took care in placing every tile. We hired Blue Ocean Pools to renovate our existing pool. We met with a variety of contractors to evaluate options to upgrade our older pool. We had a HUGE difference in price points and ideas. The owner of Blue Ocean Pools, Randall Schmidt, came out to discuss and estimate our pool renovation. His straightforward approach to the refurbishment made us feel very comfortable from the very start. He provided some practical suggestions and even pointed out how to save money by using our existing equipment while upgrading some components. Once we decided to move forward with Randall, I met with him at his showroom and looked at design ideas, picked out our tile/stone, and chose all our equipment upgrades. Randall is upfront with every detail of the project, and he is one of the most transparent contractors I've ever worked with. We hired Randall and his team to chip out our entire existing pool pebble. They cut out all the old coping and removed the stone that wrapped our spa and spillway. The renovation consisted of them: replacing the coping with Travertine, adding a tile line around the entire pool & spa, re-facing the spa with stacked stone, replacing all the fittings/drains, and re-pebbling the surface of the entire pool. The one thing that stands out with Blue Ocean Pools is their attention to detail. The travertine cuts around my spa are exact and impressive. The coping, stonework, and all of the fitting/drains look amazing. The tile work is excellent, and our new pebble surface is beautiful. Even the tiniest details, like pebble on the drain covers, impresses everyone. Every day during our project, Randall would stop by and check in with me. His crew was very open to explaining what was happening and what came next. Randall also helped us replace our old heater, filter, control panel, and chlorination system. At the end of the project, he introduced us to a pool service to assist with the startup to ensure the pool would cure adequately and all the systems were dialed in. If you are renovating your pool, there is no one better than Randall Schmidt and the team at Blue Ocean pools. We have seen Randall's work with new pools through friends and neighbors, and they are incredible. His renovations will make your old pool LOOK BRAND NEW!!! - Shaun in Milton

I had a wonderful experience with Ocean Blue pools! We had a very old pool that was in need of a lot of TLC. Randall came out and gave a quote and was able to tell us exactly what we had on our hands and the process it would take to get it up and running. He was very thorough and took time to show us through all of our design options. He made a recommendation for the sun shelf, which made all the difference in the overall aesthetic of the pool. Install was efficient and professional. They took care of everything start to finish, and linked us up with a maintenance company they truth to keep it up properly. Any questions I had after install were answered quickly. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a professional trustworthy company.
