  I recently used Duffy Realty of Atlanta for the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. the team at Duffy was amazing! The buyer and seller tools that they have make the buying and selling process extremely easy and their attention to detail and thoroughness was second to none. I strongly recommend anybody who's looking to buy or sell to work with Duffy.

  Duffy Realty of Atlanta is hands down the best! I will never use another realtor!Their expertise, superior customer service and quick response time is unbeatable.And best of all, save your profit! With the soaring prices of real estate, I believe this is the new model of buying and selling real estate Our home sold in three days and we could not be more pleased with Duffy Realty. Highly recommend!

  Thank you Duffy Realty! You provided us with exceptional advice. You made the home selling process easy AND you left extra money in our pocket! We are experienced home sellers and Duffy's process was perfect for us. They laid out the roadmap and gave us up-to-the-minute market analysis whenever we asked. Help was always a text, email or phone call away. We were willing to "test the market" for our own comfort. Duffy was willing to take that approach with us. We would have sold sooner if we had taken their initial advice (they were right!) but we sold with no regrets at a price the market dictated. 100% recommend Duffy! We have also used Duffy to buy properties. They worked tirelessly to find the right property for us!

  Do not hire a real estate agent! All you need is the Duffy team! Last summer I was getting ready to put my condo on the market in order to buy a house for my growing family. A friend of mine told me about Duffy because we were considering selling by owner. We chose Duffy instead to help us sell the condo and subsequently purchase our new house and we couldnt be more pleased. Our situation was not an easy one for a variety of reasons (read ?a non-responsive ********* and conflicting insurance requirements from ******************* and ******* Mac making it impossible for potential buyers to get funded). But Duffys team helped us navigate the numerous unknowns and were consistently there to help us learn more and make extremely critical decisions. They were proactive and responsive and most importantly empathetic and kind. We eventually got an offer from a cash buyer and sold the condo. During that process, we signed up with Duffy to help us find and purchase our new home. It was so easy! We simply found the houses on Zillow that we wanted to tour, and a Duffy staff member met us at the property to open the lock box. The staff member who took us around deserves a medal for the driving she did to show us several properties! We eventually found the house of our dreams, made an offer with Duffys support! They coordinated the inspection for us and went over the report with us to point out what might be issues. They coordinated the closing law firm who have been extremely responsive to all of my questions. Duffy stuck with us through thick and thin and much drama and throughout they were cool headed, smart, and helpful. We felt in complete control the entire time and cannot thank Duffy enough! We close next week and once we do, we will have saved $9,600!! I will never use anyone else to buy or sell a property and you should not either! The team is exceptional and knows the business inside and out. Best thing ever. Thank you, Duffy, for all you do for your clients!

  I cannot recommend Duffy realty highly enough! From the very beginning, Duffy was incredibly helpful and supportive. What truly sets them apart is their unique commission structure Duffy shares half their commission with buyers. This alone makes them a fantastic choice, but Duffy's exceptional service goes far beyond.Throughout the entire home-buying process, they were responsive, communicative, and transparent. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions patiently. Their detailed documentation of the entire process was invaluable, especially for a first-time homebuyer like myself. It was incredibly educational and made the whole experience much less daunting.If you're looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and ethical real estate agent, look no further than Duffy realty.   Very happy I made the decision to utilize Duffy for selling my very first home. I did all the home prep work as they constantly kept the flow of documents moving to include helping train me on some of the documents. Things got Sketchy with a buyer and Duffy was on top it; adjusted the closing time and Duffy monitored and got the deal done. Many thanks to ***** and the Duffy Team for all the text and calls. I will definitely use them if I ever sell again!

  Top notch company and team.They helped me sell my house and they were there with me all the way guiding and advising me all the way with there realstate expertise and professionalism and then leaving the final decision up to you no pressure just guidance. I recommend Duffy all the way.

  The Duffy Realty Team made the sale of our home easy and saved us money - a real plus anytime! Everything we needed to know was on the sellers page of their website. We were able to connect with someone on the team right away whenever we needed support or reassurance that we were going through the process in the most effective and efficient manner. While the decisions were ours to make, the Duffy Team members were always willing to review our options with us, allowing us to make the best decisions and choices. Their step-by-**** ***** to selling it home was something we leaned on and helped us to feel secure from start to finish - from the Coming Soon phase to the contract negotiations to the closing process (and higher financial bottom line), we couldnt be happier or more grateful! We highly recommend Duffy Realty and will look forward to using them again.
