The ************* was not using the Star Conferencing Services (appears it was later acquired by PGi in Georgia) and ceased paying a monthly fee for it in June, 2018. The company did not receive any correspondence until 2021 when we were notified that we owed monthly balances back to 2018. Again, we had not used the service or received any notices regarding payment nor any invoices for payment. A reputable company would not wait several years to contact and then demand payment for prior years when no service was provided or used.Initial Complaint

PGI sent a **** for service to my former address in ST. ****** *****************. The **** was addressed to the office manager of the complex where I used to own a condominium. I have NEVER conducted or contracted business with PGI. I had never heard of this company until they sent a letter to the office manager claiming I owed them money. There 1st offence is falsely claiming I conducted business with them. 2nd offence is claiming I owe them money, and the 3rd offence is publicly claiming the 1st and 2nd offences.If I had conducted business with them how is it they do not have my telephone number, email address or mailing address?
