    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from your company regarding the repair of my vehicle's brakes. This matter pertains to the unsatisfactory workmanship exhibited by your technicians, which not only jeopardized my safety but also necessitated further intervention from a different company to rectify the issues.On February 11, 2022, I entrusted my vehicle, 2016 ****** Sentra SV, to your establishment for what I expected to be a routine brake repair. However, upon receiving my vehicle back and driving it, I noticed significant irregularities in its braking performance. The brakes exhibited alarming signs of malfunction, including but not limited to scrubbing/grinding when breaking suddenly and squealing. The substandard quality of work carried out by your technicians not only inconvenienced me but also posed a serious threat to my safety and the safety of others on the road. As a responsible driver, I could not compromise on the integrity of my vehicle's braking system, especially considering the potential risks involved.Consequently, I had no choice but to seek assistance from another automotive service provider to address the unresolved issues with my vehicle's brakes. The subsequent inspection and repair conducted by Regal ****** Inc, revealed critical oversights and deficiencies in the work performed by your company. Their assessment indicated that the rotors were glazed and that the front brake pads were not installed properly on the shims causing complete replacement of the brake pads and resurfacing the rotors for the same concern.Given the severity of the situation and the necessity of seeking alternative assistance, I am requesting a full refund of all charges incurred for the initial service provided by your company, as well as reimbursement for the expenses accrued in rectifying the inadequacies of your workmanship.

    I went to Mavis Tires because I had a slow leak in my tire. When I arrived a service representative came outside me if I wanted Mavis to check my tire, I said yes. A mechanic took the tire off the car and show me the issue with my tire. I look at the tire then asked the general manager how much a new tire cost. A representative gave me a price that was almost 60 dollars over the competitors prices. I told the general manager before I moved forward I had to see if I could find a lower price for a tire. He said okay, and if I found a better rate I could have the tire ship to his store location. I found a tire at a lower price and immediately informed the *** I asked him two times to come get me before he took the spare tire out of the trunk of my car. He said okay. Approximately 3 minutes later he came back and said, I want to show you something. We walk into the garage and a mechanic had my spare tire out of the car showing me damage that wasn't there previously. The Mavis mechanic purposely overinflated my spare tire. They took my spare tire out of my car without my permission. The Mavis mechanic knew the overinflation would cause unrepairable damage to the tire. I told the ** and the mechanic my spare tire didn't have any damage or the excessive air in the tire. I asked the mechanic if he put air in my tire, he said no. He lied. I knew he wasn't telling the truth because I recently checked my spare tire at my mechanic's shop. So I asked him why he put air in my spare tire, he pointed to the tire and said that is the amount that is required. I looked at him and said, why did you put air in my spare tire. He continued to point to numbers on the tire. I stopped talking him and walked away. The mechanic disabled my car! I couldn't leave Mavis Tires unless I purchased a new tire. I didn't give the ** or the mechanic permission to remove the spare tire from the trunk of my car without me being present. My tire was overinflated on purpose.
