      I purchased a car that the dealership knew was in poor condition and he wrote down on the wheel that he would repair the problem and now when I can get them to respond, he talks to me like his lawyer would tell him to, and he denies everything in text that he ever ever promised me

      As stated on the We owe, we have no problem repairing the operations of the Convertible top, When **************** purchased the vehicle, we agreed to repair the driver side window and the operation of the top, we have repaired the drivers window, I told her after the sale that I would help to replace the  conv top and share the expense and she agreed. At this point I am willing to offer **************** $700 and she can get the new on her own, that should cover more then 1/2 the expense. The option of returning the vehicle 30+ days later is not and option. I offered that 3 days after she purchased it and she declined.

      I purchased a vehicle through this dealership on May6,2022. I got approved from Starter Finance, so Im financing the car through them. A week from purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on, and i reached out to the salean from the dealership, he said i can take the car at the end of the week so they can check it. The night of that conversation the car literally shut off it made like a rough noise in the **************** turn on anymore. The following morning i call the salesman, to see what my options were & he said i can either take the car to ********** & get it fixed through the warranty or take it to them so they can check it out. I went with taking it to **********, because for me that seem oike the safest choice. So once its at ********** & they check out the car, i contact the salesman because i would need the warranty information, and he tells me that the car doesnt have warranty, that i have to get the car to them so they can check it out, because ********** diagnostic could be wrong. So, that already a problem for me because i have to pay out of pocket for the diagnostic & to get the car towed to the dealership. Since may27,2022 that the dealership had possession of my vehicle it has took them over over 2 months for them to diagnose the vehicle & give an estimate or an answer to getting the car fixed. I would call the dealership & the work cellphone of the salesman & no one would pick up my calls. Until recently I spoke to *********** said the were gonna buy back the contract from my financer. I said if you do that, i would need my down payment money back, and he refused said they not gonna do that.

      We did agree to look at the vehicle and it was diagnosed from ************ that the car was abused while driving, and we will not refund any moneys due to   abusive operating. On top of that we have filed a complaint with Forsyth county sheriff **** after her boyfriend/husband threaten us, that he was coming down and shoot this place up.

      I am rejecting this response because: I spoke the mechanic that originally diagnosed the car at ********** & he said that the reason the timing belt/chain messed up was because the car was due for a earlier routine check up & because the year of the car was a bit older the timing belt/chain couldve needed to been replaced, but not because of reckles driving. 

      Also, we spoke to the deputy about the insident they said my partner "threatened" to shoot up the dealership & said we would proceed with the investigation if such threat was made. ***** said threat never happened, all that was said was that my partner is no longer able to go to the dealership, and we never got a call back from the deputy.

      On 05/06/2012 ************************************ purchased a 2012 ***** CC. Vehicle had been inspected by her and her boyfriend, they also asked if they could take it to a mechanic to get an inspection. Without and hesitation I said yes. They where gone with the vehicle.for about an hour. Upon returning ******** said she loved it and wanted to proceed with the purchase. On 05/23/2022 I received a phone call from Mariania stating her check engine light was on and what should she do. I asked her if the car was acting up or driving any different? She stated no. I told her it could be a sensor, however she bought the car AS IS. But we would still look at it and help her out this one time. However, she needed to being the car to us. I also told her that if she continued to drive the vehicle and it caused more damage we would not help her out. ******** called me back on approximately a week later I received another call stating her car broke down. I once again told her she needed to bring me the vehicle so that we could have our mechanic shop take a look at it. ******** said ok and didn't hear back from her until 4 days later saying she took it to *********** I informed her that Salton Motor Cars has there own mechanics and we would not just pay ********** to fix the vehicle until we inspected it. ******** had the vehicle towed to Salton Motor Cars. At that point after our Mechanic inspected the vehicle he noticed there was no oil in the vehicle causing engine and timing chain to lock up. Mechanic diagnostic was that the vehicle had been abused and neglected. Also it appeared to have some damage underneath the vehicle by the oil pan, like someone possibly ran something/object over causing oil to seep out. When explaining this to ******** on the phone, her husband snatched the phone from her and proceed to yell perfanity and making threats. saying he would come up to Salton Motor Cars and shoot the place up. I called the police, made a report. The police officer called them back and they did not answer. The officer returned 2 days later saying he spoke with ******** not her husband and advised her that they where not to return to the dealership. The officer asked if we would like to press chargers. I responded with yes. It is currently assigned to a detective now, and is being investigated. Also Salton Motor Cars had vehicle inspected and Serviced At ******* Miles vehicle currently has ******. So this proves there was and oil change done and a vehicle inspection before Mariania purchased the vehicle. Also vehicle was driven after Check Engine light came on. Causing additional damage to vehicle.
