            On 8/23/22 my vet referred my dog the ******* hospital. We got there and they took my dog back they came back and state I had to pay **** deposit . I had someone pay it the following morning. ******** stated they would match the **** when it was paid . ******** had the doctor come back and tell me we were denied. Which was not true . Later that evening a lady by the name of ******* came on and told me that if I came up with another **** they would match the ****. She was very rude and unprofessional . She called me and messaged me 20 times while I was driving back . It was really rediculous the way we were treated . I never got a final bill or itemized charges after I paid them ****

            University Georgia Animal hospital ****************** This hospital had the nerve to ban me from bringing my babies to them only because I advocated for my doggie son Butter Bear all I did was ask them some questions prior to an operation and the doctor there had this big ego and she couldn't handle some simple questions these people were talking about amputation I had a right to ask about my son How dare they!! Then they got mad that I videotaped just a snippet of the hospital real quick in the lobby and something of the doctor talking and they were mad that I didn't ask permission well I removed the video just to satisfy them and they still wouldn't work with me All they said was I could go there for emergencies Pahleeeease get real!! I gave these people another chance They had the nerve with the previous baby of mine that they didn't give any pain medicine for his brain cancer and they said he had months to live He died within a couple of weeks or so!!! They are incompetent and they don't have any compassion. My lawyer is going after them and we are suing them for all the trauma they have caused me and the treatment that they have towards any babies!!! They are going to be sorry they mess with me and I'm going to make sure they never do this to anyone ever again!!!!
